Recently we suffered a short power outage. A couple of minutes into the outage our Generac generator started as expected. But shortly after that, it shut down! A few minutes later, it came on but shut down again. I called Wheeler Generator and the next day a service tech arrived. After a short time, he found the problem and gave me short term fix to stop the unexpected generator shutdown. He needed to order a part from Generac and promised to return when the part arrived.
