We went through 3-4 of them trying to find one that had instructions and looked brand new. I appreciated him going through them with me trying to find the "best" one. When I got it home and plugged it in. The buttons on the fan don't work. The only thing it does is goes up and down and not side to side like my daughter wanted. My youngest daughter didn't mind it doing that, so they switched them out. I got a receipt sent to me via text. So I have no clue if they take items back. So I wouldn't recommend buying electronics here. But other things, yes. I did look up other items that they are selling on Costco app and they were the same price or a few dollars off.

Yes you have to look at dates here. I bought a gallon of milk on my first trip and it expired in a week. My bad. I do go inside to get a few things like my dog bones every now and then and for me working in a store that sales different bones those to have an expiration date. I've always picked up some produce but am picky. I stop when I go to my bank in there. The price are pretty friendly. About memberships savings there. As many store currently have. To me when you have to go online to activate the card isn't for me. Although I see I have a gazillion points that I don't get till I go online and heard it's not much of savings ( I don't know ) cause I haven't used mine lol. Would I recommend this store? But, I bought Volcom board shorts a few weeks ago at a St. Vinnie's, so I told my husband I wanted to see if they had new ones in here. Cool. He is always happy to buy me new clothes. What woman doesn't love a husband who's happily willing to buy their wife more clothes?! We wandered around, and didn't find any. So we ask an employee. This employee had greeted us when we first came in, so he got props for that. Totally inviting and wanted to help, but not annoying. I like that I'm acknowledged when I come in, but I hate employees who want to know if I need something immediately. Give me a chance to look around and determine if I have questions first. The employee who helped us almost seemed out of place. He gave off a nerd persona versus a skater. A little odd, but I don't really care. He bonded with my husband talking about the video games we had just picked up at Game Stop. He was actually really nice and helpful. So I asked him about board shorts for me. He didn't have any. So he showed me the shorts they have for women. Which were tiny, ass-hanging-out kind of shorts. I'm like, do you see my figure?! My thighs are way too big to pull off short shorts! I know this, and I'm fine with it. But I thought it was a tad on the dumb side for him to suggest it, but it could've been he was just trying to give me options instead of saying exactly what I did for him. I'll stay on the positive side and go with he was trying to give me options. Anyway, he showed me these and men's board shorts, saying this was it at the time. Ok, not liking any of those options, I move on. I find a cute shirt/sweater thing. I have trouble describing it. It's like crocheted, but has long sleeves and a hood. It definitely requires a shirt underneath, as it has holes in it. But the cream color can compliment a dark shirt easily. I liked it. We go to cash out, and the employee tells us about a buy one, get one half off sale. I love those sales! So we found my husband a new shirt. Dude destroys clothes, and has lost weight. So he honestly needed some new, and smaller shirts. So we found a Volcom shirt and ended up only paying $11.99 for it. He signed me up for some point system they have. My first thought was, I don't go to Zumiez all that often, so does it really matter? But then I think, ehh. Maybe I'll visit the one at home more often this way. So I signed up. Will I return to this store? When I'm in the area, I'm sure I will. I wasn't terribly impressed by the size of the store, but Zumiez stores always seem a tad small. I was impressed by the employee and his customer service skills. He was helpful without annoying me, or ignoring me. He definitely did a good job. After having purchased several very expensive pieces, like my wife's 15th anniversary ring, (I went cheap on the engagement and wedding ring) I went all out on this one. Well to this point, becuase of the style of ring, we have lost a couple of stones so far. No issue here, as I have purchased the lifetime warranty on this piece. Because of this, I take the ring in, and new stone is inserted, or cut in one case with an equal or greater diamond than what was in there in the first place. Therefore, the wife is very diligent about getting here inspections done and the free cleaning of her jewelry. We have had a bracelet fixed several times and new posts replaced as the old ones were lost. All of which has been done free of charge.

The diamonds were irregularly spaced, tilted at different angles, set at irregular heights and they snagged on everything. The ring is too embarrassing to wear. They were unwilling to make any corrections without charging me and offered no compensation of any kind for my deep disappointment and expense. They blamed the problem on the varied sizes of the diamonds. If that were the problem, they should have told me they could only make an ugly ring with them.  They displayed no pride in their craft or responsibility for their sale. I took the ugly ring to Richard Gretz Goldsmith who is redesigning it from scratch with my diamonds at less than what Jordans charged me. And Gretz offers a guarantee that if I dislike the ring for any reason I get my money back. I wish I had seen the other woman's review before I took my diamonds to Jordan's.

Vintage dreams come true, at a price!…read more We loved our browse in the two level, everything under one roof, Albany Antique Mall. Many vendors here have such aesthetically appealing displays. It is getting towards the Holidays, and vintage Christmas decorations were out in force. There are treasures to be found, but vendors know their goods, and prices $$$ can reflect that. We found some amazing finds for our vintage Christmas collection, but there were definitely items out of reach that we just couldn't justify. Definitely worth a browse if you are a fan of vintage!
