As I was purchasing some jewelery one of the very rude security officers started to harass my son because he leaned on an empty vendors stand that was next to where we were purchasing the jewelry. This mall did not have a lot of patrons and I don't get why these very bored and unhealthy security want to bother people. I will not stop again. The mall was okay, but these two fellows looked trashy, we're rude and only served to stop me from making more purchases. Sad that struggling businesses have people like these around. Never again...

I headed over there and found some hand warmers for $1 and a pop it for $3. When I asked the gentleman to get me one of the fans that were high up. We went through 3-4 of them trying to find one that had instructions and looked brand new. I appreciated him going through them with me trying to find the "best" one. When I got it home and plugged it in. The buttons on the fan don't work. The only thing it does is goes up and down and not side to side like my daughter wanted. My youngest daughter didn't mind it doing that, so they switched them out. I got a receipt sent to me via text. So I have no clue if they take items back. So I wouldn't recommend buying electronics here. But other things, yes. I did look up other items that they are selling on Costco app and they were the same price or a few dollars off.

When I want something bad enough and it's good I'll pay, no problem. So buying things on future trips were limited cause I had like sticker shock when she handed me my receipt on two bags. Yes you have to look at dates here. I bought a gallon of milk on my first trip and it expired in a week. My bad. I do go inside to get a few things like my dog bones every now and then and for me working in a store that sales different bones those to have an expiration date. I've always picked up some produce but am picky. I stop when I go to my bank in there. The price are pretty friendly. About memberships savings there. As many store currently have. To me when you have to go online to activate the card isn't for me. Although I see I have a gazillion points that I don't get till I go online and heard it's not much of savings ( I don't know ) cause I haven't used mine lol. Would I recommend this store? Yes for a few things cause it is convenient at times but check dates. Just my experience Lastly I'd say . Be more compatible with other stores and update your product dates. After having purchased several very expensive pieces, like my wife's 15th anniversary ring, (I went cheap on the engagement and wedding ring) I went all out on this one. Well to this point, becuase of the style of ring, we have lost a couple of stones so far. No issue here, as I have purchased the lifetime warranty on this piece. Because of this, I take the ring in, and new stone is inserted, or cut in one case with an equal or greater diamond than what was in there in the first place. Therefore, the wife is very diligent about getting here inspections done and the free cleaning of her jewelry. We have had a bracelet fixed several times and new posts replaced as the old ones were lost. All of which has been done free of charge.

The diamonds were irregularly spaced, tilted at different angles, set at irregular heights and they snagged on everything. The ring is too embarrassing to wear. They were unwilling to make any corrections without charging me and offered no compensation of any kind for my deep disappointment and expense. They blamed the problem on the varied sizes of the diamonds. If that were the problem, they should have told me they could only make an ugly ring with them.  They displayed no pride in their craft or responsibility for their sale. I took the ugly ring to Richard Gretz Goldsmith who is redesigning it from scratch with my diamonds at less than what Jordans charged me. And Gretz offers a guarantee that if I dislike the ring for any reason I get my money back. I wish I had seen the other woman's review before I took my diamonds to Jordan's.

It is getting towards the Holidays, and vintage Christmas decorations were out in force. There are treasures to be found, but vendors know their goods, and prices $$$ can reflect that. I was told by their customer service if I find a cheaper price online they would match it. I did find the items much cheaper online and when I sent sportsman's the proof, they would not beat the prices and changed their story yet another time. I would also like to add the sportsman's credit card charges 33% interest and they charge $3.50 per month if you choose not to go paperless. Sportsman's charges higher prices if you order through them online. Their in store prices are cheaper, so when sportsman's offers you a discount ( online only) your not getting a discount. They raise the prices online then offer consumers who open a card a discount. I've gone into the sportsman's store in Bend Oregon looked at a safe with a sign saying on sale with the original price of .99 cents higher than the sale price. Honestly just stay away from sportsman's and save money.
