My wife hit a pothole in SF which popped two tires and cracked one of the rims of her 2013 Model S. She had the Tire Contract on all of her tires from America's Tire Company, and they recommend Wheel Techniques to fix the wheels...or at least speak with them to see if they could do it. During the Wheel Techniques inspection, the technician said he could fix the cracked wheel, and could also repair all of the other scratches, curb rash, and baked on brake dust. He convincingly said they would be better than new! We agreed on a price, wrote up the contract for all four wheels, and I left the car with them overnight. (I wasn't thinking, but I should've taken "before" photos). When they called the next day to say that the car was ready, I anxiously headed over to the shop, not really knowing what to expect. Man-o-man....these guys are good! The wheels look great!!! I am impressed! And my wife is amazed...she can't believe they're the same rims! Wheels Techniques comes through once again. I had wheels refreshed by them ages ago and I was happy with their work, so when I decided some old 3 piece wheels of mine needed a refresh I knew I needed to give them a try once more for old times' sake. Efrain helped me out and I couldn't have asked for better service. They did exactly what I wanted plus went above and beyond. They left my faces original while cleaning up any curb rash, removed oxidized clear coat on the rim halves, did a full polish on the lips (they even polished the inside barrels and I would've been fine with just a media blast cleaning), sealed faces to lips and barrels with new silicone sealant, and installed all new hardware. These wheels look better than new now. I can hardly wait to hard park on these bad boys! Well worth the wait, which wasn't long at all btw, and definitely worth the reasonable price.
