I ended up eating it for them the next day. Now I know that I should try something different next time. We stopped by on the way home on a Saturday around 6:30 p.m. and there was only one other person in the store. We opted to take it to go and the food was ready pretty quickly. The original issue with the food wasn't a big deal, but the treatment by the South Tampa manager was awful, so I dropped a message to Hungry Greek offices to make them aware. A couple of days later, a regional manager left a message for me to call him. I called, but he told me that he was too busy to talk and he'd call me back in 10-15 minutes. He never called. Well, at least their management is consistent. Hungry Greek management really sets the example for what not to do to stay in business. They've lost my business and word of mouth is impactful.
