The only warm item we got were the onion rings since they didn't have any available. The cheese placed on my burger didn't even melt due to the meet having been made hours ago. She asked for 2 spicy ketchups and extra napkins. Ok 2nd time in here and at 3:15 in the afternoon so not a busy time. There was a line of folks waiting on good as there were problems with their meals. There was garbage and food on the floor. There just seemed to be a lack of a desire to do well, to perform your job with any kind of attitude saying I want to do a good job. If I were the owner heads would roll. I grew up on Whataburger and for just a general all around good burger, this is my go to place. I even prefer them over 5 Guys. Unlike a previous reviewer, I have never had clod food. It has always been hot a fresh, no matter which shop I went to. As for length of time, I think it is just a trade off. If you want it made fresh, they have to make it, which takes time. If you want it now, go to BK or McD's. (And there are times when you need it fast and I agree Whataburger will not work). Still, $ for $, I think this place is great. read more

Always my go-to place for a burger or fast food. The have some great new menu items that are chicken sandwiches. This store was clean and well maintained, including the bathrooms. Food was hot and served quickly. It was obvious that it was made to order. Large sizes as well. Staff was friendly. The only down side was there were a lot of employees who looked busy, but it took almost 10 minutes to be recognized at the counter.
