The cashier initially got our order wrong, over charged us and when we tried getting it fixed at the second window and confused the 2nd girl even worse, but when she called the manager to come help, David did an amazing job handling the changes and made sure things were correct!! Two weeks ago I spoke with the general Manager Austin and informed him that the last few times my food was too cold to eat . He informed me he was working on that issue . We discussed that it seemed to be during peak ours . He stated they might be leaving the meat in the warmer too long . So tonight I decided to give them another chance . To my disbelief it had gotten worse . Now in all fairness I was offered a new meal . But the whole object of ordering on line is no wait . I gad already sit in line for 30 minutes . For one of the more recognized and National restaurants and franchises and this is better than most although they could stand some improvement they usually get your order right sometimes they get it wrong but that's been rare the food is usually hot I do like the staff they could be a little bit more friendly but overall pretty good quality for the amount of money sometimes you have to make check your order before you leave but I come in this Whataburger cuz a lot of them are seeming to fail at the way they do business and the product and quality read more

My boyfriend an I went to eat there, the food was good, but a homeless guy came in and asked what he could buy with $3 and the lady said a cinnamon roll. When he was leaving my boyfriend bought him food and when the food was ready and my boyfriend pointed at him the lady made a rude ass face and told someone else to take the food out. That was very rude of her and as a manager she should know what's right and what's wrong ! Next time have a better attitude where people can't see because she was in the wrong. read more

Bugs! Bugs! Bugs! everywhere!!!!! Falling from the celing! Bugs on the counter, bugs on the floor bugs in the booth, it was like something out of a horror movie. The restaurant should have been closed and fumigated. I looked past the bugs outside as I walked in and past a few on the ground on the inside because this is east Texas but when I saw at least 4 black bugs about a half inch in diameter fall out of the ceiling that was it. To top every thing off, there were 10 people behind the counter and 3/4 of the dining room was filthy with dirty booths and trash! Then as if all that wasn't enough, they put an empty chicken container in my sons kids meal. I can understand forgetting the chicken but to put an empty container in the sack? Come on!!!! read more

My Family & I used the drive-thru Saturday night (March 16, 2019). When we got home our food was hot & delicious and the service was great as usual. The only reason it's getting 4 Stars is because they forgot my extra gravy (didn't need it, diabetes and all) and my avocado wasn't on my chicken fajita (needed that to make me think my supper was healthy, it was not). Oh yeah, their prices are up a bit, but my wife informed me that happened a while back. Still worth it though for a good meal. In response to another review, if you go to Whataburger, you expect to have to wait some for cooked to order food. Sometimes it's longer than other times, but at least it's not McDonald's or In & Out. Don't go at Lunch or Drunk:30 if you don't like a line. God bless Texas! read more

Went to whataburger tonight and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line. Got home after a short 10 minute drive from whataburger to my home and all of our food is ice cold. How? How does our food get ice cold in the car within 10 minutes with the heater on full blast? Very disappointed. read more
