My younger brother is not allowed to have many foods. He has always wanted a meatless WHATABURGER per his dietary restrictions. One day my brother asked if he could have a whataburger but with hash browns instead of meat. I decided to go into the restaurant and speak with the manager. Mind you, I had attempted this request, in the past, with other Whataburger locations for my brother but, sadly, was told they could not do that. This time, I decided to try again meeting Alex, the manager. This leader was more than willing even though it would take a few extra steps for his whataburger crew. Alex's team and he decided to do it. My little brother was so happy and I shed a tear as I saw his small hands hold the burger as he ate. After that, I returned and Alex remembered me. He asked if we wanted to same and I gleefully said yes. I have returned 3 times since that first day for our special order. We all known Whataburger is known for good burgers and their fries. This location is no exception only that the fries are memorable for regardless what time of day I visit, breakfast, dinner or after midnight, they are consistent with cold, stale and bland fries. I've started driving further to other locations to avoid this, it had been a while since I stopped in this location and will likely be another while before I drop in again. The chili cheese burger is good if you like frito pie in burger form, then it's a must try. This is the worst Whataburger you'll ever try. I keep thinking they'll get better but now I'm done. Besides employees being lazy, slow, and rude, they can't get an order correct. The last time the person who made my drink must have thought it was be funny to do a mixture of all of the flavors and give me that, which I noticed when I was already home. They consistently leave things off my order. Most of the time my food is cold by the time I get it because they're so slow. Plan for at least 20 minutes in the line, and don't expect to get what you ordered. God forbid you ask for napkins or ketchup - the employees (everywhere) act like they can't make it through the day if they have to do anything extra. Labor these days is a joke and the joke is on us. As the only person at the drive-through at 0400 on this morning of 9/14/21, I still waited 20 minutes and they forgot to put the MEAT on my Whataburger, which most people would consider the most important part of the Whataburger(!) Meat! How do you forget the meat? At what level must one operate in order to leave out the meat on a simple cheeseburger? Crack? Flakka? Green Meth?? Just say' 'no!' This has got to be the the worst whata in kingwood. There have been multiple occasions when I asked for a burger with ketchup and pickles. The stoners who work there forgot the meat. Who tf forgets the meat. And who tf would order buns ketchup and pickles. My most recent order was delivered through doordash, I ordered a honey bbq chicken strip sandwich and they gave me a buffalo ranch sandwich. Never heard of a Whataburger until I came to Texas to visit......... This place looked inviting and kinda reminded me of a Hardee's, with the colors and lay out. Parking lot is large with plenty of parking. The lady who took my order who's name was Karol was very kind and was rather excited that I was from out of state. Ordering went fine, got my recipe and # and sat down. A lady brought the food to the table and it was good and hot. The inside is clean with a self refill drink area. They were rather busy with the drive thru staying rather busy as well. As we were leaving Karol asked if it was good. All the workers were friendly!!!! This has got to be the slowest service ever, waited in a drive thru packed with two long lines of cars. I don't know what these people were doing in there, but it was nearly and hour wait for my food. Went for breakfast, 6 cars deep in the line, no chick fil a line management here. Slow. order and wait. wait some more. Get order, get home. and of course we are missing things. It is a simple job, everything is on a screen, you charge me, put in the bag. no I am not going to come back up there for the forgotten item. It really should be a complete refund. But at least i was offered napkins, and ketchup, which doesnt happen too much anymore. So me and my wife got of work at 4 in the morning we came by our local whataburger and there was a huge line but we where hungry there was a wait i can not lie but a worker named jarrel served our food and even gave us some cookies for the wait and personally i felt real pleased that he was concerned and felt a need to give us some snacks for our troubles that small touch made my night and i didnt even care about the wait at that point love the service and the food . read more

I have given this location bad reviews in the past, but sometimes you are just longing for that jalapeno cheddar biscuit. Do yourself a favor, skip this location. There are other locations within ten miles of each direction on highway 59. Went to this location about a month ago. Coffee lid was not on properly causing the coffee to spill and burn me. That wound healed about a week later. Tried it again this morning and ordered the jalapeno cheddar biscuit with two orders of hashbrowns. Only got one order of hashbrowns and no jalapeno cheddar biscuit. I am not even sure why they bother to take your order. I've never seen errors like this from a Whataburger. Burger 1 had raw onion when we ordered it with grilled onions. Burger 2 was a single when we paid for a double, and wasn't cut in half as we requested. I lovee Whataburger! I like to come here for breakfast because there sausage, egg, biscuit is the best! I like it better than Mcdonalds biscuits, plus it's so much bigger. During lunch time I usually order #1, with mustard all the way. And I'm not a fan of mustard but it taste really good and goes well with the burger. So today I went to the restaurant as my regular routine to get a cup of ice. The manager Bryson refused to help me becUse I am black. He said I should get it myself. I explained to him that I have seen many customers at the community ice machine with their personal cups. They have not washed thier hands ir their asses. The first time they have me three large cups that all had gigantic holes in them and we had to throw them out of the car because they were leaking. The second time they messed up my patty melt and the patties were basically seared on both sides and the rest of it was completely pink/not cooked.
