First time I went in they were too busy for the number of employees and service was slow . I contacted a review on the receipt. They offered me compensation. Second visit was great. Food was good. They don't staff appropriately so it takes forever to get your food. The product they produce is sub-par. I stopped going here when they gave me a hamburger that had lies than 1/2 a burger patty. Full bun, full veggies but about 1 oz of meat. They cooked it that way and put it in my burger. I won't go back and Whataburger has been my favorite fast food burger place my entire life. Sad. I have been to this new Whataburger location and it did not disappoint. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly. Ok my most recent visit. My Whataburger was made incorrectly, but the manager was adamant in remaking the whole Whataburger the way it should have been made. It was missing cheese and I told them to just add it. Let me preface this with I am Whataburger loyal. This is the only location I've had a less than stellar experience. I went through the drive thru. It seemed the employee was taking orders faster than food could be turned out. The employee sent cars forward into 2 lines. I waited for 20 minutes to get to the window and get my food. I ordered the chicken strip meal. Upon opening the basket, I had one full tender and 2 tenders that either looked like they had been half eaten or it was 1 tender torn in half. I didn't eat them- I wasn't comfortable. My Diet Coke was missing the Diet Coke syrup so I got a watered down brown soda water that was reminiscent of Diet Coke flavor. Also, as I expected, the fries were cold. How could they not be? I waited 20 minutes! I'll be back - I'm a loyal Whataburger customer, but not to this location. read more

Stopped in for breakfast on the way to the doctor's office. Yeah, I know, don't judge! This location was so clean - even the bathrooms were spotless. It did take a bit longer than usual to get our order, but everything was fresh tasting and packaged well. Items were actually wrapped with care and not just slapped together. Cleanest amazing bathroom. I didn't even buy anything, I stopped for a bathroom break on a road trip. The Women's bathroom was in such amazing shape that I went over and talked to one of the workers, Deekay, and raved about the bathroom. Turns out, she was the one that cleaned it! That girl deserves a raise or a bonus because she was wonderful when i talked to her. If I weren't a broke college student saving my money i would've ordered food. read more

Honestly the worst location I've ever been to! Order is never right, items always missing, and the salad is always half empty. Employees seem incompetent. Management, for the love of God, please do better at training and/or hiring employees. Order & Payment Process: When I arrived, there was only one car ahead of me. I called my wife at 9:18 PM to confirm our order. My rewards were scanned, payment was taken, drinks were handed over, and I was asked to pull forward to wait for food. Wait Time: I waited between 15-18 minutes for my order. By the time I left, there were about eight cars parked and waiting for food. Food Delivery: When the food was finally brought out, it appeared that all waiting customers received their bags at the same time. I live only about 1.5 miles away, but when my family and I sat down to eat--within about 4.5 minutes--all of our food was cold. The fries were cold, and this was for a $30 order that included two junior burgers. Past Experiences: This has happened to me at least four times at this location. I initially excused it as part of being a new restaurant in the area, but this pattern has continued. Feedback: After a long day, it's frustrating to receive cold food after such a long wait, especially for the price paid. I'm sitting inside the restaurant and behind two people that already placed their orders. They are disgruntled because of the wait times. Keep in mind the store is empty besides these two other people that have ordered. They are equally upset because of the wait times. Another lady walked in from the drive through because her order was wrong in the drive through. I've been waiting for my food going on 6 minutes now and I am the o oh one eating inside the store. The cashier will not say hello. Update, at the 8 minute mark my food was brought to me by the same clerk that can't utter a word of appreciation at all so I said thank you to him and yet he just walks off. The customer service for this place absolutely sucks. Management needs to know and do something about it. It makes me second guess coming here as it should to anyone else. I just got food from drive thru, the fries are EXTREMELY SALTY AND HAD TO THROW IT AWAY. Ordered dc pepper n coke and they both were watered down. Asked to get diet on both and it was no better than before. Also forgot out sauces as well read more

Ordered two meals . There was Only one other car in front of us and fully staffed. It took them 15 minutes to gives us our meals and one of the burgers was wrong. Went in there to get the correct burger and took another 15 minutes. The problem was not that it was busy or they were short people!
