My last review was only 2 or 3 stars and was about drive thru. This time I ordered curbside. Experience was great. Wait wasn't long and employee was nice. I forgot to request ketchup, but didn't have to ask, it was in the bag. read more

As much as it hurts to say this about a Whataburger but an absolute fail, a normal Whataburger number 1 barely any lettuce in it. They where completely out of spicy ketchup. No napkins in the dining area. I guess my concern is looking into the reviews and never seeing any management feedback either I guess this is one of the Whataburger locations that does not value what they have. read more

The worst experience ever! My husband ordered avocado bacon burger and this's what I got!! I think the avocado just ran away huh?! Last time, they messed up my husband order too. Stickers on wrap were right, but they didn't match the content. I'm a avocado lover and this just makes me lose appetite. read more

See all

The old white woman at the drive through is always unhappy and basically just threw our food at us and covered the drinks in soda bad customer service don't recommend read more

They are slow and forgetful, we ordered food and they didn't put it on the receipt so we didn't get it, we're missing a lot, and service is rude and had an attitude about missing food. read more

Ate breakfast here. Waited 14 minutes for them to bring my meal. That's awfully slow.

I went to this Whataburger while passing through to go to my daughter's softball game in Danbury. There are 2 lanes in the drive-thru. There was only 1 car in lane B, and 4 or 5 in lane A so being in a bit of a hurry, I decided to choose lane B. Not a good idea on my part. It took 20 minutes from time of ordering to get my order. They had an obviously VERY pregnant employee bringing the orders outside. Which made NO sense to me. That's not an ideal job for a pregnant woman in her final months, but I digress. The order was wrong. Of course, and to make it even more painful, I watched as car after car in the A lane got their order and drive onward to enjoy it. All in all, it was okay. Just don't go in lane B. Even though the drive-thru wasn't at all crowded, it took forever, and I was late to getting my daughter where she needed to be. read more

It is slow as hell here the service is dawg and burgers are below parr I hate this place with a passion

I was at the drive thru waiting like 5 minutes and then it was my turn to order and the girl couldn't hear me she wasn't paying attention to anything I understand she probably has to do a lot and she is trying super hard but I didn't even get my chicken bites that I wanted and waited for all this time I had to wait at the window for her to get ranch and so we waited there 10 mins and not one person asked us if we need something they were just standing there but I do give them credit they are trying there hardest but are so slow read more

I love the burgers and fries but service needs improvement.but besides that I love it!

I just went here too get breakfast, one of the ladies working the drive thru was rude and needs too work on her people skills and go too work with a better attitude! read more

Literally the slowest drive thru known to man. Food is good, but i shouldn't have to be waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru line every single time i come here read more

I'm from Alabama and I'm visiting the area for the next few months. We don't have an Whataburgers in Auburn, so naturally this was my first time. It's probably on the best fast food burgers I've had by far. I will defiantly be going back again. read more

Exceptionally slow service. Waited in the drive-thru line for 35 minutes this morning for breakfast including 12 minutes at the pick up window AFTER I had paid. Employees were walking around inside with absolutely no sense of urgency despite a long line of morning commuters. My son was late for school as a result. There is no excuse for such slow service in the busy morning hours. read more

Can I give less than one star. I love Whataburger, but unfortunately the one in my hometown is the most poorly run example of he franchise. They are always slow (waited 25 minutes for a #1 combo) and they got it wrong again. But you have to love the consistency. They always get it wrong and take forever doing it. I don't eat here anymore but my kids still like it. That's why I'm driving down the road to Taco Bell. read more

This has to be the worst whataburger. Besides having to wait a long time for fast food it's not even good food anymore. And what happened to their fries? Chopped up little pieces of potato's and not hot. Will not be back read more

This is one of the worst Whataburgers. This place is filthy. The food was cold, the fries stale, and the Texas toast tasted like cardboard. You have to work pretty hard to screw up a Whataburger, but they managed to succeed. This is my second bad experience as this location. There won't be anymore. Step up your game. Whataburger is a Texas institution and you're Sh*****g all over it. read more

This new location has the nicest employees. They are always smiling and do a great job. I stop here whenever I'm in Alvin. Keep doing a great job. read more

Foods usually not warm, service is just below okay. Older Mary w/glasses @the drive through window gave me one packet of ketchup for my 3 piece chicken strips She didn't even ask if I wanted sauce for my chicken strips I was very polite when she asked about ketchup. Previous experiences have not been much better this year. Ordered a double meat burger, kid brought me a single cold patty burger. When I asked for him to hold the tomatoes when he brought it back he held EVERYTHING, and my pattys where cold. read more

they are alright I mean every whataburger takes forever but like how is it every time I never get the sauce I ask for in my meals ‍EVERYTIME I kid you not , fuck them kids read more

This place has put up with so much of my crap that I dare not utter a bad word about them. The staff at 3 AM (when I usually go) is really cool about my friends and I playing Magic the Gathering forever, even when I only order pies and a drink. It's the best fast food burger place, hands down. Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich forever. read more

It's nice that they have two lanes and decently fast service, but when you get your food, and your fries are ice cold and they forget the gravy you paid extra for, and put one jalapeño on your order when you asked for extra, it'll really piss you off. Went on to complain and to get my gravy they forgot and they told me the order didn't show any of that. I then showed the cashier the receipt which had my order correct and she dumb asked "well what do you expect me to do?" They refused me my right to the gravy I PAID for and wouldn't refund me. read more

These guys are fast! Their food is always pretty good and they get my order right every single time! Even if you dine in - your greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. That's always a plus! I love going to this whataburger! read more

I don't know whats going on with the evening shift at whataburger but it sucked last night. i went there after wrk and took home 40 plus $ worth of food for a hungry family, i expected the food to have been a whole lot better. my order was wrong and the french fries had a funky taste to them.looked like they had other pieces of food stuck on them.... gross....needless to say i won't be going back!!!! read more

In the B line they gave us someone else's order. Now they won't give us ours! Double wait time!! Still waiting now 30 minutes!

What better way to start your thanksgiving than starting it with food poisoning and throwing up all over the inside of your car. I knew when unwrapping that burger and seeing the grease dripping out of it that I should not have eaten it, but took 3 bites anyway juuuust to throw up allllll over the inside of my car, and missing thanksgiving because I can't stay out of the bathroom. Do yourself a favor and keep driving when you see this place. read more

So I'm in the "B" line & they came out promptly to get my money and now, there a LONG line and no one is bringing our food! The other line is moving along great . Ive been here for 13 mins. Oh wait she's brought us our change, still no food. Yay 15 mins got food! It's hot, and delicious. Thank you Whataburger!!! If you don't mind the wait, it's good food. read more

fries were nice and hot and my strawberry milkshake was nice and thick ..... the lady who took the order wasnt very nice and came rude when i asked her to repeat what she said because i didnt understand her the first time . read more

Best Whataburger I've ever eaten at. The food and service is great. I live in Friendswood, but occasionally drive to Alvin for this one. Their fountain drinks are like out of the can. They have that soft crunchy ice like at Buccees. It is worth the drive. read more

Absolutely slowest service I've ever experienced at a Whataburger. This is suppose to be a fast food joint not a restaurant however I could have gone to Chilis and got my food quicker than I did in the drive thru read more

There's a reason this place is referred to as "wait a burger" so often. Two lanes, but you'll still be sitting in the drive through for over twenty minutes. read more
