Maybe I am biased, but everything about it is perfect--decades-old wooden saloon doors, racing stickers covering every inch of the wall, dim lighting and old creaky floors, live music on some nights. Trinkets littered all over the bar. It is perfectly Wisconsin, and is exactly the same as I remember it as a child. Nowadays, it definitely feels like an ode to the resort, pre-renovation days.
