Everywhere else I went, I felt like I was settling on their materials and costs. As soon as I walked on to Parker's site, the materials were 100% better and what I was looking for! Then within minutes, the most friendly man in a forklift greeted me! Then a woman came out to answer questions I had and gave me a thick brochure. Love this place! Annie, the "estimator" came to my house to look at the tile that was cracking and measure the area for tile and carpet. She told me that my tile was cracking because the tile was installed incorrectly over the radiant heating. Long story short... they showed up, replaced the carpet and tile, removed my radiant heating, and cut off the wiring for the radiant heating to the wall without my permission. They failed to include a new radiant heating in the bid, and somehow that was my fault... I was specifically told after the fact that Annie, the "Tahoe SPECIALTY FLOORING" estimator wouldn't have known enough to have a conversation about radiant heating, so I must have made the whole thing up. They offered me $200 off of my $7,500+ bill. So I'm stuck with a large bill, a squeeky tile floor, and no radiant heating. I wish I would have just left the cracking tile and warm floor. Next time, I will be bringing a bay area contractor there that I can trust. I should have trusted all of the other bad reviews of this company. You are not specialists. You are con artists.
