Five-Star Review for Adam Sloat - Exceptional Real Estate Agent in Boulder…read more I had the pleasure of working with Adam Sloat over a 6-7 month period while searching for a condo for my student attending CU Boulder--and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our very first remote interaction, Adam demonstrated outstanding engagement, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of the Boulder real estate market. Because I was unable to travel to Boulder myself, Adam took the initiative to personally visit and video record no fewer than 8-9 properties, providing detailed walk-throughs and thoughtful commentary that helped me feel fully informed from a distance. His superior communication skills made what could have been a stressful, long-distance search process feel manageable and even enjoyable. Adam's knowledge of the local market is top-tier. He consistently offered strategic advice, flagging potential issues and opportunities with clarity and professionalism. When it came time to negotiate, Adam managed the process seamlessly--balancing assertiveness with diplomacy and always keeping my best interests front and center. Beyond his real estate expertise, Adam is simply a great guy--friendly, genuine, and an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism is matched by a personal warmth that made the entire experience feel collaborative and supportive. If you're looking for a highly capable, trustworthy, and personable real estate agent in the Boulder area, look no further than Adam Sloat. He's truly the best.

At closing, David found $5,000 that BOTH title and builder missed on our statement. He knows what he's doing and understands the industry. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I needed all the help we could get, and Bryan and Lisa were there every step of the way, ensuring we understood the process and guiding us through. They took the time to explain everything to us, which was reassuring and made us feel confident in our decisions. We were especially pleased with their exceptional communication throughout the searching and purchasing process. They were always responsive, and gave immediate responses to our calls, texts, or emails. They were able to schedule property showings quickly and based on our varied schedule. Throughout the process they provided advice and pointed out the good and the bad in the properties we were looking at, and the market value expectations. So when it finally came time to start bidding, we felt like we were able to make informed, accurate bids and decisions. Bryan and Lisa were a calming force during the stressful bidding process, and they kept us level-headed. When our offer was accepted and we were beginning the purchase process, Bryan and Lisa recommended mortgage and inspection partners, who we were also extremely pleased with. And since they had existing business relationships, they all communicated with each other in the background so that the escrow process went extremely smoothly. In the end, we were even able to close early! Working with Bryan and Lisa has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. You spend a lot of time with your realtors, and they were just genuinely nice to hang out with for a few months. They made us feel valued, and confident that we were in the best hands. Alex stated Matt was professional, kind, and he had a great personality. My brother thought we would get along. At the time of the referral, my husband and I were looking to sell the current townhouse and purchase one with enough room for the joint families planning to live in it. I met Matt two weeks before I was going on vacation at the end of July 2021. Matt was going on vacation the week after we were introduced. Even when Matt was supposed to spend time with his parents and his family on vacation, he made time to answer my queries, no matter how inconsequential they were. When we reconnected after vacations were completed, Matt was always present and professionally available. He would patiently explain issues or address concerns I would bring up in our regular correspondence. I have a very high bar for professionalism in any field - especially in real estate where it is one of the most significant investments one makes throughout one's life. Matt demonstrated a special knack for being attuned to my needs, wants, and respected the process of my decision-making. He was patient and kind (as my brother already attested to) and always presented with such a sunny disposition and an infectious giggle. He responded to calls and text messages in a timely manner. I took note of how he refrained from his personal agenda related to what he saw or thought was a beautiful, nice, or not-my-style nor neighborhood-related comments. He was consistently professional in interactions whilst exuding warmth that one cannot help but like the guy. He was detail-oriented and always went over and beyond what was expected as an agent. There was never any issue too minute to brush off or gloss over. He was also very knowledgeable in the different areas we visited which resulted in my learning more about the differences in the neighborhoods in our communities of choice. There will never be any hesitation on my end in highly recommending Matt Mulcahy to anyone looking for help securing their next home. Vicky Tuakoi

What really stood out to me though was how detailed Madison was and how much time she put into the house before the house went on the market and even after we had accepted an offer to make sure everything went smoothly. She was there at 6 AM on the week days leading up to us going on the market and sh was there on the weekends tidying up to make sure our inspection went smooth. I just couldn't believe the time and effort she put into this, and pretty much every single neighbor was asking us about her because of how impressed they were with the house after her work. She is also just a really good person, and her team is phenomenal. Ally and Juan were instrumental to the successful sale of our house as well.
