They found the septic DBOX and septic TANK were damaged by what they called a heavy machine that penetrated the earth (just like the machine Trinity used to install the water lines). No other contractor or machine has been on my lawn since the irrigation system was installed except for a lawn mower. Yes, I had to replace both the DBOX and TANK at a cost of $12,000. I sued the company and was paid in full for the damage they caused.

i had a leak in my irrigation system. i called trinity. they came out twice. randomly started…read moreto dig holes in my back yard. between the two visits they charged my for Five+ hours of work. never found the leak, left big boulders from where they were digging. i finally had to call another company. they came out with some type of machine. found where the leak was in less than 10 minutes. fixed it in less than 20 minutes. they charged me for one hour. trinity called back and asked if i wanted them to come out and keep looking for the leak. i am sure they would have loved to come out once a week and charge me 2.5 hours of labor to dig holes in my back yard. Cabral is a preferred partner with the neighborhood builder, so Kenny coordinated with the builder to ensure irrigation install before my yard was raked and hydro-seeded. There was an issue caused by the landscaping team while raking. Kenny's team quick fixed the issue. Customer service, work quality and professionalism seems the be Cabral's best traits.

Buyer beware. Was optimistic after their attentive in-person quote process, but they overpromised…read moreand underdelivered. For starters, Dave's did not give notice before they arrived. After weeks of hearing nothing, I followed up for scheduling. Tather than arrange for a date, they showed up unannounced for the handy-man service portion of the job. The handyman service was fine - they performed most of the work, but not all of it (didn't nail down the shingles I asked them to do on the roof). The main part of the job was clearing a large area of yard waste debris. During the quote process, I clearly showed the sales rep the area that was to be cleared - a dumping zone of brush and leaves in a trench next to my house. After weeks of not getting on the schedule and again following up with them, they eventually sent a team to do the job. The team cleared a small pile of sticks and promptly left, while leaving the bulk of the yard waste untouched! Surely I (wrongly) assumed they would be returning!.... When following up with them to complete the job, I received no response - only an invoice weeks later asking for payment in full. I again asked that they return to complete the work, and they simply pointed me to the vaguely written quote and asserted that they had finished the job. If you choose to use Dave's (I would start with someone else fist), make sure the quote is precise so that when they inevitably underperform, you have something to point to. Overall, disappointed in every aspect and would not recommend.
