After several text messages and excuses by Jeff they finally put up the patio covers on July 3rd. I had to text several times to tell Jeff his guys were no shows. He even had someone else's materials delivered with mine to my house. So he got free storage for about a week. He never asked if that was ok it was just delivered. To this day the job is still not done. There is a section right over our back door that has no gutter. So when it rains theres just a curtain of rain falling. I am so done with this guys delays and excuses. A week and a half ago Jeff said his guy would be here on two different days. He has not shown up yet. Unfortunately we paid him in full before he installed that last gutter

Spoke with the lady that answers and she told me Jeff would call me back like two weeks ago, but he never has. I have called every day, left several messages, emails and still no one has returned my call. Now I will have to resort to paying a company to fix a problem they should be honoring with their warranty. It's probably a minor fix too. Stay clear from a company that will call you back quickly when they are doing everything to win your contract but avoid you after the work is done and they've gotten your money and you have a problem!
