Pretzels were tasty and hot. Got the hotdog pretzel and was surprised at how BOTH the hot dog and the pretzel dough were pretty darn good. Cheese pretzel also was buttery and tasty! Reason for only three stars was the service. The young lady at the counter was just not helpful. She could not articulate (in English or Spanish) what types of pretzels were available nor what is on them. She kept saying we have plain pretzels. When we asked what is on there it has something...butter? Salt?....she repeated yes, plain. Also rude to us at the time to pay. Pretzels are my favorite shopping snack and Wetzel's never disappoints. The service was excellent, the guy was so nice and even gave us frozen lemonade samples while we waited. We got the regular pretzel bits and they were packed to the top. Easily shared between 2-3 people! Warm and buttery. Definitely a win. read more

A waste of $16! We got one order of pretzel bites - a cup filled with little pretzel nuggets and two medium lemonades. -- total was 16!!! We took one bite each and had to spit out because they were not even cooked! They were so doughy. We told the men working there and they seemed so inconvenienced that we asked for a different pretzel cup. They said they only had the same order so they gave us two regular pretzels instead. My friend and I were walking around Sawgrass Mall and came across this place. The first thing we noticed was how similar it was to Auntie Anne's. Just like Auntie Anne's, they have frozen lemonade, soft pretzels, pretzel dogs, and pretzel dips. The only minor difference is the taste in flavor and name choices. Interestingly enough, there is an Auntie Anne's nearby. Wetzel's Pretzels is all right, but it doesn't beat Auntie Anne's. read more

While I don't live in the area, I needed to get something for my office as a thank-you for their hard work and decided to order them a smorgasbord of pretzels and dips. They were so thrilled. I got more compliments then I ever have on anything else I have ever sent them. Everyone said they were so delicious. I had someone from my office go and pick it up and it worked out great!
