I wetz myself every time I eat here

I didn't like it. So I sent it back from Wetz it came. Into nature. Came here with Fallout Boy too, and Pete Wetz hated it. He was like "Wetz a nasty pretzel like you doing at a price like this?" Located at the Mall of America so it should probably be better than a lot of the stuff in the smaller malls around the country but it's actually just like that. Pretty standard typical pretzel and if you had Amish pretzels from places like Philadelphia and the the woods of Maryland then you probably wouldn't want to even have a bite of this and I didn't but my girlfriend thought it was okay. The person making it - it's not really their fault that it sucked - and they were really nice.

Just okay. Spent $18 for Pizza Bites and Cheesy Dog bites and was not impressed. The pizza bites are like small pieces of pizza without sauce or seasoning. They were dry and the only thing that resembled pizza was the pepperoni. Skip, don't get it. The Chest Dog Bites were better but over cooked. They were burnt a like and again nothing great. I could but some crescents and little smokies and make better tasting ones at home. Neither were fresh, they were sitting there but the kids wanted them. I got them and ended up throwing them out.

Good quality food, quick turn around on orders, aswell as good people behind the counter.

They also have breakfast sandwiches and smoothies. The pretzels were warm, soft, and good. I only had a sample of both. It's much better than concession stand pretzels. IDK, for $14, something for 2, not the greatest value. Dipping sauces are extra. I'm unsure if these are the same as most malls. Haven't been to a mall in years.

I've been to this location several times and the pretzels are always good. However, the service never matches the food. I went yesterday and it was the worst service I've had there by far. There was one car in front of me. When I got to the speaker there was no response for quite some time so I said hello. A girl with an extremely rude tone said "one moment." Ok, no problem. 10 minutes went by and she had not come back to check on me or take my order. So I thought maybe she forgot that I was there so I said, "Hello." She then got back on the speaker and in a very rude tone said , "I said one moment." She did not apologize to me when I got to the window or apologize for taking so long. I don't mind waiting for my food. What I do mind is when people are disrespectful. I hope the service improves because I really want this location to stay in business.

The staff are always so friendly and always have super fresh pretzels available. The location is in a great area so you can get in and out quickly. The mall is so nice and not crowded at that locale. I decided to grab a quick snack. This store is located on the second floor. It's by the escalator to get to SEA LIFE (I'm not shouting, as the official name of this aquarium uses block letters). I feel that Cinnabon used to occupy the location where Auntie Anne's is a while back. Cinnabon still exists. You simply follow your nose to get to its currently location. You can't miss that cinnamon roll smell unless you're congested. The lineup at Auntie Anne's was long. I managed to get to the front in maybe seven minutes. I got a woman who was taking everyone's order. I ordered mini pretzel dogs, which is my usual order. I paid with a credit card. All was great there. I was told that it would take eight minutes to make. I stood off to the side and waited. It was definitely a longer wait. Earlier, while standing in line, I saw another woman make these mini pretzel dogs in front of me. It was cool. I recommend signing up for rewards. When you get your receipt, you can claim your rewards through the app. It killed a bit of time as I waited. I saw a young man take the batches of mini pretzel dogs out of the oven. They were cooling on the baking trays. When he attempted to get them out of the trays, he had difficulties. The woman who had rolled them had to help him out. The mini pretzel dogs were all stuck together and he didn't think of separating them before transferring them to wherever. Perhaps it was his first day on the job. Who knows! I then saw him place the dogs in cups. He was much better at that task. What I didn't like about my experience was the woman who had taken everyone's order. When she had my pretzel dog sorder in a bag, she simply said, "Mini pretzel dogs." She didn't make eye contact with me. She didn't bother asking what my name was. It was basically a call to hungry, tired customers. It could have been a battle with other customers waiting. I was waiting there the longest. I went over to pick it up. Another woman standing next to me said, "Oh, you ordered them, too?" Yes. I was waiting here much longer that you, woman. So, that's my point. If the woman had either made eye contact with me or called out an order number, you wouldn't get such a question in the form of an irritation from another customer waiting there. The location doesn't have anywhere to sit in front of the store. I ended up walking over to a railing looking down at the first floor of the mall and ate my food. I was that hungry. I normally leave and eat them when I return to the hotel. I couldn't wait this time. The mini pretzel dogs were yummy. The pretzel dough was chewy and hot. The hot dogs were plump. They were what you'd expect from any Auntie Anne's. My go-to store is at the Eagan outlet mall. I still like that store better for its customer service. I can also find a bench, sit down, and eat. I also like the one at Eden Prairie. The customer service there is superb compared to this one. Maybe I should come here during a weekday. Let's hope that customer service is better when it's not as busy. (471)

I went again on a Thursday afternoon and they had plenty available. The employee was very friendly and she bagged up my food super fast! She included napkins in the bag which was appreciated. You can place your order at a kiosk or the traditional way at the register. I got an original pretzel with cheese sauce. The pretzel was awesome -- it was buttery, lightly salted, had a nice bite with the crust, and was perfectly chewy and soft on the inside. The cheese dip was cold and would've been better if it was served warm. This is a take-out only place as there are no tables.

When I brought the sandwich back to the counter I was ignored by the worker who only shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I walked around to find another worker, the first worker yelled out that it was her counter and her rules. After continued complaining the employee finally made a new sandwich. Concerning the cold hard pretzels, I had to leave them on the counter. I asked for her name but the employee refused to give it to me, she was not wearing a name tag that I could see, I will never go to another Auntie Anne's ever again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know. It was not so much the cold stale food, which was very bad but it was the very rude employee. I should have known as there were no other customers purchasing anything at 7am. If the employee is so rude because of low wages, I suggest fixing the issue or replace the employee.

Something about their @surlybrewing Beer Brat just tastes like being a Minnesotan. Great staff who were helpful and engaging to talk menu choices with. Pro tip: ALWAYS ask your server/ bartender/ barista etc. what they love on the menu. If anyone knows what's the omg thing is it's them. I absolutely love when someone is passionate about the food they are selling at any establishment. If you've been in the industry you'll recognize that sparkle when someone tells you about the have to get thing is their face does this. My delish items that if you're here do yourself a favor and get em are: Surely Beer Brat Truffle Fries (it's a little extra, but does not disappoint) Honey Mustard dipping sauce (homemade, legit) Don't snooze on the table sauces. It's a flavor experience. Spicy Saison Honorable mentions were their homemade ranch and jalapeño aioli and the Juicy Lucy brat for a classic cheese brat vibe.
