There was free parking before arriving but the small fee at Cancun Bay resort was WELL worth the hassle of parking further and walking. Juanito met us out front and escorted us to the check in desk. We showed out prepaid receipt but still had to pay the $15 per person marina fee (which was advised prior to arrival). We all received a sealed snorkeling snorkel and Jose passed out the Mask to all that needed. Jose and Juanito were super! While on the Jungle Tour one of our boats lost power after we arrived at our diving spot. Jose called for a replacement boat and they switched boats before we had finished snorkeling. It was a bummer at first but Jose handled very quickly. I would recommend this tour for families and first time snorkelers. You get about 45 minutes of snorkeling and about 45 minutes of a great boat Tour. Back at the Marina all employees had on mask, social distanced, hand sanitizer and the bathrooms (banos) were clean and in great shape!!! There was a bar and restaurant but we didn't patronize. They also have locked lockers to rent for a very small fee and there is a free area storage on each boat that will hold a standard tote bag.

So we made the taxi driver turn around and go back to see if they had anything available. It's been a busy week here in Cancun for spring break and a lot of places are booked. This was the best decision we have made since being here. We had a Sea Ray yacht for the whole day. Our crew was excellent and went over and beyond accommodating our family. They provided us with refreshments and made us fresh fish ceviche. We spent the day cruising, and sightseeing then swimming in clear waters and snorkeling. It was an amazing time that we will never forget!

My Love and I had SO MUCH FUN here acting like a couple of regular fools!…read more We selected the evening visit option, which runs from 5:00 PM -11:30 PM. We didn't want to be running around in the hot sun, and we figured the lines would be lighter in the evening. Surprisingly, it was still super busy! We visited in early January, and the evening temperatures were mild. You can visit as many attractions as you like during your visit. We started out ziplining and moved our way to the amphibious vehicles, cave rafts, and a few water slides. Our faces hurt from laughing so much. The provided dinner is buffet style and surprisingly good! Lots of options, including vegan and vegetarian. The dining hall is huge, so you're not siting elbow-to-elbow with randoms. They spaced everyone out nicely (plus not everyone is dining at the same time). Water shoes are required. You can purchase them on-site for $20, and these suckers will last you a lifetime. They're nice quality and comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis, and my feet were protected and cushioned the entire time. Helmets are required and provided. There are lockers, but the rooms are all co-ed. You will need to bring your own towel. Phones are discouraged, as you need to hold on with both hands when participating in many of the activities. You can buy a waterproof case to hang around your neck if you'd like. YOU WILL GET WET ON NEARLY EVERY RIDE. Wear swimwear and something over it if you don't want your hiney hanging out. The staff are SUPER patient and very friendly. Everyone is bilingual (Spanish/English) so no worries about communication barriers. This place is fun for kids all the way up to (fit) senior citizens. There is a lot of walking, so be forewarned! Taxis are easy to catch here, with the assistance of the outdoor staff. It was about a $40 fare from and to our Riviera Maya hotel (Hard Rock). I am still laughing my head off!

I was so excited to come to this park because this park was marketed to me as an adventurous park…read morewith the main attraction being a huge zip line. However, when I arrived, it was a lot smaller and a lot more underwhelming than it was described to be. It was also pretty cold on the day I was going and everything involved water. The zip line was a pretty fun attraction, but was just so short. If you went on the bigger zip line, you went on three different zip lines to get down. At the end, you land in water. It was exciting to see the views about the tree tops. The other fun attraction here was the ATVs. It is a pretty bumpy ride (which you also get splashed with water), but somebody in your party gets to drive. You can drive as crazy as you want or as tame as you would like. My husband drove insanely, and if I did not have my seatbelt on, I would've actually fallen out of the vehicle. The caves were another attraction and you could go through it by walking or/and by rafting. we did both, but the rafting was super slow and difficult to move. We saw some fish in the water and it was cool to see the inside of the cave. We didn't end up going on the water slides, but we finished the rest of park and ate lunch there in about three hours. The zip line in ATV was fun, but if I could redo or Cancun trip, I wouldn't have come to this park.

Small park that lends itself to Xelfies…read more You could spend all day here, but you can get through all of it in a few hours. Your biggest snags will be the lines for the water slides, bird flight, and the Xensatorium. There is a fast pass for the bird flight experience. The kids and I really wanted to check this place out. It had been a long time since we had been here. Since it's a smaller park, it can be overlooked, but the park really tests the five senses. When you first get in you will have the ability to see the various optical illusions (via mirrors, special effects, or room layouts) and take selfies of those moments. The lobby imhas several selfie experiences, starting from the entrance to the locker rooms. Then there's the pueblo, where you will run into an upside down town. You think you are walking uphill but feel the opposite. There will be other opportunities to take selfies of you being in the ceiling, standing over a bottomless pit, or jumping towards the ground...it's all crazy in the Pueblo Abajo Town. The Xensatorium will have you enter a totally darkened tunnel where you will have to use the rest of your senses to feel, smell, and listen your way through the cave...cold, wet, warm, breezy, misty, ...finally ending in a cavern. The bird experience is extremely short, but it heads up the way to the heated float pools, and the muddy river, ...bucket showers will clean you off and you're onto the next one. I thought it was fun, and you can stay there as long as you like. The one thing I don't like about it is the Xnack bar isn't free, you have to pay for the food here...unlike the other parks. If you like selfies, you'll enjoy this park.

My favorite things here was looking at all the different birds, observing the wildlife, and sitting by the ocean. It was so beautiful everywhere you went! Overall, I would recommend this park since there are so many things to do!

A full-day adventure you still won't finish…read more We spent a full day at Xcaret Park, and honestly, it was one of the highlights of our entire trip. There is SO much to do that you genuinely can't fit it all in one day--underground rivers, beaches, snorkeling spots, wildlife exhibits, and cultural experiences throughout the park. Everything is beautifully maintained, super clean, and very well organized. The staff was helpful from start to finish, and the whole place felt safe and easy to navigate. Food options were plentiful with something for everyone, and it was a huge plus that meals were included. There's also plenty of parking (we didn't have to pay), which made getting there stress-free. A few helpful tips: * Bring water shoes - you'll thank yourself in the rivers * Bring a waterproof phone pouch - must-have for photos * You'll need to sign a waiver at the start * You'll receive a wristband + locker key with a chip (included, no extra charge--just don't lose it!) * There are plenty of showers and changing areas, plus parking within the park Be prepared--there is a LOT of walking, so wear comfortable shoes and pace yourself. Overall, this place is a must-do if you're visiting Mexico. It's the perfect mix of adventure, nature, and culture all in one unforgettable experience.

I would not recommend Butler's service... if you ever had butler service in the Caribbeans there is no comparison. In Mexico they do not do NOTHING for you but text all day , maybe visit you in the pool areas but that's it. Not worth it at ALL. Our Butlers were Norma, Catherine & Enrique ( who we never met) Catherine visited us twice by the pool and Norma was the main texter sweet but none didn't do very much . Some of our favorite ppl was Efrain the bartender love his sense of humor, the Bell Boy Toribio I believe was his name was very helpful, other than that everyone else was nice but nothing really stood out. We stayed in the new building Marriott Diamond Club 4th floor ... gorgeous room but no body mirror, no iron or iron board, nothing to hang your towels on in the bathroom, the shower floor is VERY slippery it really needs a rail to hold on to. Room service took 1 hr the food was cold. Ate at the Joya 2 days and some of that food was cold too. There is an Asian restaurant in the new Diamond building that no one talks about that is delicious. There is also a bar and pool table in that building as well.

The view is breathtaking, the service from the staff is superb, the weather is perfect, the gentle breeze is very relaxing, the swim up bar is part of the all-inclusive price with premium liqour included, and the food by the pool is very tasty as well. AYCD and AYCE by the pool, cant get better than that, and if that isnt enough, theres a buffet located right next to the pool. Yup, I never want to leave this place. In fact, Im actually writing my Yelp Review as Im laying in one of the pool chairs, while sipping on a Black Label and Coke. Bring your camera and your iphones...this area and view is just begging for Instagram posts! Le Blanc Resort and Spa IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO BE IN CANUN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! UNTIL THEN!! ^-^

View is GORGEOUS!…read more Definitely a picture worthy spot in Cancun. I stayed here for 4 days and I loved it every single day. The staff are very attentive except when it gets super crowded. I was sitting out in the patio area when it was raining and even that view was gorgeous. You can order drinks, food and anything you want from any of the restaurants. They have a menu for the pool deck but you can basically ask them whatever you want and they will make it happen. The view from upstairs is beautiful too because you can see the layers of two infinity pools with palm trees in the back. I've seen this at Amankila in Bali but it's a different feel. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Cancun.
