However, now I've had 3 bad cleaning services from 4 different cleaners they employ. They often speak no english and can be communicated with verbally. Often dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning is a hit or mostly a miss. I have communicated to company owners on multiple occasions. They only offer send the bad cleaners back or a $20 discount on a $130 + service. I deserve and expect better service!!!

Colin presented a few minutes early (after having texted a notification of his arrival time) and proceeded to climb the 30+ft to the roof. We watched as caked leaves and debris rained down from above, strategically thrown to avoid any of our numerous garden beds and planters. He was fast and thorough, cleaning up all of the debris from the roof...even blowing off the driveway, patio, and front walk! he was extremely professional, explaining what he found and recommendations for future cleanings. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend TUP to anyone needing gutter cleaning service.
