One time we were away from town and they found one of our toilets leaking; they took a picture and notified us of the problem. This was not a big deal and they fixed it for us. Essential Commercial Cleaning did a superb job with my garage post-construction cleanup project and…read morefor a great price. I had renovations done in my garage, including a popcorn ceiling removal, which left plaster, paint, and debris all over my items and garage floor. Essential Commercial Cleaning ensured that each item was handled with care and carefully cleaned/wiped down. They vacuumed and cleaned the garage floor and sprayed down two large garage mats. At the end they also broom swept my front porch, which also had construction debris on it, and was a kind and thoughtful addition! I will definitely look to hire them again for my future post construction cleaning needs.

It includes some services that I didn't need (e.g., bed sheet change and cleaning blinds). The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

Other than that-the floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and everything in-between were pristine! It is nice not to have to tell a team what needs to be done-they just do it! They had smiles (behind those masks they wore) and seemed to work very well together-enjoying their jobs. Makes a difference! I would recommend them fully and am confident they will get these last two minor items the next time they come work at our home.

I had a pretty subpar experience with these cleaners from beginning to end. I originally found them…read moreon Yelp and started talking about pricing. I sent them the size of my house and what I was looking for and they sent me a price. I decided to go with them because they were about $50 cheaper then the other cleaners I reached out to. When they got to my house they took a look around and said to do everything I requested would be almost double the price. I was not prepared for a jump that big so I told them I wanted to cancel and then they informed me that it would be a $60 cancellation fee. We then agreed for them to do as much cleaning as they could for the original price. I left my house and came back to a house that was in worse condition. They broke 3 of my blinds, took out a toilet seat screw that they couldn't get back in, moved big pieces of furniture and didn't put it back (office desk, tv stand, etc.), and left piles of dust in my house. I asked them to wipe down the glass in my shower again and without even trying they said there was nothing that they could do. Overall, my house was relatively cleaner but for the price and quality I would've been better off doing it myself. The one consolation was that they admitted to the things they broke and agreed to reimburse me for it. Response to business: I believe I was fair and accurate in my review. Your work did not deserve more than 3 stars. Your employees did not tell me things were broken, I had to search through my house to discover what was broken. That should not be required during a regular cleaning. Your employees broke 3 blinds. You would think after breaking one or two they would stop cleaning them and let me know why, but they did not. The toilet was 100% damaged by your employees. There were no issues until after your cleaning. I also should not have to vacuum dirt piles after your employees leave. I'm happy some your other customers had a good experience, but unfortunately that was not the case for me.
