The owner/manager is great at taking money for their "services", and increasing the costs of their "services" without having really provided such. The owner makes certain that the board (most likely consisting of elderly and un-informed victims) follows his impulses to have "his contractors" do the job. When requests were finally made for multiple bids, it was strange that he insisted (on a group call) giving "his guy" another chance to change his price. The point of gaining multiple bids is to secure the best candidate at the best price. Cammarata then brought back a revised the bid to be $1.00 less than what should have been the winning bid. When it comes to needing help to resolve an issue that is within the community, he rarely responds to his clients. He is haughty, arrogant and condescending and I would not consider using this company ever. P.S. I feel sorry for those who have entrusted their homes to this company. Most of the reviews here have been pretty accurate and true to what our community went through before a new Board finally fired Cammarata.

They don't answer email, they don't answer phone calls, even when they do, they just tell you to…read moresend an email, and continue ignoring you. If you ask for someone, they are either on vacation or sick leave, and not able to pick up the phone call for AN YEAR!

How do I even start this. This company absolutely SUCKS! I am confused on how they are still up and…read morerunning after reading a bunch of one star reviews I am absolutely baffled. The people from the management office are EXTREMELY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL!! If you are looking to rent with this company DONT. I am extremely disappointed in the way this apartment turned out. The apartment I rented was filled with COCKROACHES and many little creatures. We had asked to fumigate the apartment to try to get rid of the roaches but of course that did not happen. I am disgusted with the way the management company manages the apartments . They do not do anything if you complain or ask for repairs in the busted a** apartments. I have lived here for the past 2 years and not once have they fixed any problems we had with this s***** a*** apartment. The bathroom gets moldy and nasty quickly especially the bathtub and the little window does absolutely nothing to help as-well as the ceiling fan it absolutely sucks. The bathroom stinks up really fast. The bathroom is also literally falling apart. The water constantly loses pressure and it takes a while to go back to normal. The power constantly goes out and does not come back until you talk to the manager of the property. The AC/Heater does not work and when asked about it they did absolutely nothing to fix it. The kitchen light went out a long while ago and has been notified to the manager but of course no action has been taken to fix it. So we have been living with no kitchen light. The electrical stove also does a terrible job at heating up the food it takes a hot minute for anything to cook which is such an inconvenience. There is also no lights in the living room and the bedroom so we had to buy our own lamps to light up the rooms. We get notified that the people will check the fire detectors but they have no batteries so what are they really doing if they are "checking the fire detectors". Apparently there was a no pet policy but multiple neighbors have pets. The upstairs neighbors do not respect the downstairs neighbors at all they are always loud and stomping all over the damn hallways. There was also a murder that occurred in these apartments. Which is crazy because there is supposed to be a lock in the front gate of the door. Which is absurd because this could've all been prevented if they did security checks on these damn apartments. The electrical bill is also absurd it is crazy expensive which makes me think they are scamming the hell out of us!!! There is no washer and dryer in the apartment so why is the electric bill so high? Please spare yourself and do not waste your money on this company M & A management you need to do BETTER! If I could give this company a one star review I WOULD!! But unfortunately I cannot do this is the closest I can get. The new property manager is a great manager and has been getting the job done well. Props to her for being such a good manager maybe M & A management can get some tips from her on how to do their damn job correctly.

He read through every document that was sent to us even the lengthy HOA documents. He caught an error on title that no one else saw. He also worked diligently with insurance providers to get me insured in time despite our short escrow. As a high value property in a fire risk zone this was a remarkable feat as anyone familiar with California home insurance can attest to. Rodman takes great pride in his work and knows how to negotiate the best deal possible while keeping both parties on good terms. He knew how to address each party's concerns in a calm manner that was reassuring to everyone involved. Attached is a photo of myself on the left and the seller on the right on closing day. He tolerated my anxieties that crept up, and did what he had to do to get the transaction done--always keeping my interests in mind. I would like to thank him for being a hardworking, honest buyer's agent and helping me buy a home that I am very excited about. bought this home a year ago from Laura Luna and her inspector which she is great friends with …read more Mind you this is my first home and was not knowledgeable and a bit naive being that the realtor has known me since I was a little girl but that is neither here nor there. I just went down with another inspector we hired to find a failed foundation; the inspector and realtor negligently misrepresented the property's condition and passed when it should have not been. We also had the gas company come out to tell us that there has been carbon monoxide leaking on water heater. Someone needs to be held accountable this is so wrong and will make sure it does not happen to anyone else. I wanted to post a picture, but it is not letting me. Feel free to reach out to me. You would be so shocked to see how the house foundation was passed by inspector and their excuse is they could not see. So it is not their problem which is the response we got from realtor and inspector. Century 21 do better this is wrong by all means and I am a customer of Century 21.
