Lots of different photo ops for you and your loved ones as well as movies playing behind the bar. We also loved our bartenders, who made our drinks with ease and were knowledgeable in the different drink items. Overall, would definitely visit again!

We arrived about an hour after opening, and the bar already felt completely unprepared. The bartender was eating food at the bar while we were there, and after getting our initial drinks, we were essentially left on our own. She never checked back with us, and not once were we asked if we wanted another drink. For a place I had been excited to finally visit, this was easily one of the worst bar experiences I've ever had. The service was inattentive, the atmosphere felt unprofessional, and the overall experience left a very bad impression. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

Frequently the clerks will tell me they do not carry Dunhill. Then I point out where they are kept for them. It kind of blows my mind. When I first walked in, I was looking for a specific bottle and asked an employee for help. She was standing on her phone, and when I asked where the bottle was, she simply replied, "It's in the back." Since I wasn't familiar with the layout of this store, I asked if she could tell me where in the back--left, right, straight ahead, etc. She just repeated, "I said it's in the back." As a first-time customer at this location, that wasn't very helpful and honestly made me feel dismissed. Thankfully, the rest of my experience was completely different. I found another employee near the refrigerator section, and he was amazing. He walked me directly to what I was looking for, helped me grab everything I needed, and even carried it up to the register for me. He was incredibly friendly, made me laugh, and genuinely turned my shopping experience around. The cashier was also super sweet, and the manager who was there took the time to ask how my day was going and chatted with me for a bit. Those interactions made the store feel much more welcoming. While my first interaction wasn't great, everyone else I encountered provided excellent customer service and really made up for it. I hope the employee I first spoke with can be reminded that a little kindness and direction go a long way, especially for customers who aren't familiar with the store.

A baby's first birthday at a brewery might sound unconventional, but honestly, it was PERFECT! We worked with Kirsten Aparicio, the Pub Manager, who was wonderful from start to finish. We originally planned to have our group of 35 outside near the kids' area, but when the forecast showed temperatures around 100 degrees, I reached out just a few days beforehand to see if we could move inside. Kirsten didn't hesitate and made it happen! When I arrived, our area was already roped off and ready for us, even though the brewery was packed with sports fans. She also thoughtfully set up a lower table for the kids to play and do activities. It was such a nice touch and made the space perfect for our group. Our dedicated server, Chris, was OUTSTANDING. Multiple guests commented on how wonderful and attentive he was. He stayed on top of everything, paid attention to every detail, and truly helped make the party run smoothly. Thank you, Chris! The food was delicious, the portions were huge, the catering menu had plenty of options, and the drinks were great. I would absolutely recommend Golden Road for a birthday party or special event. I'm so glad we chose it for our baby girl's first birthday. Kirsten and Chris truly helped make the day special!
