Watch out for your keg deposit returns. Service definitely changed with new owner as I have been coming here for over 10 years and never been nickel and dimed like this before. Bought two kegs for $320 and had one empty keg for swap. Charged $32 deposit for second keg which is normal. Returned empty keg 2 days later to get my deposit back and the owner didn't want to put return back on card and tried to short me with charge back $28. I called him out on it and he then only wanted to return $30 as the keg label cost $2 which I pointed out should be in cost of keg. Owner cancelled the return charge sometime after I left as the original cost posted to my account without the return and there is no other transaction for a charge back. 20 straight years hosting a St. Patrick's Day party and 20 straight years getting a keg from Mr. Kegs. Nouh is the new owner and he took great care of me. Their driver, Alan, was prompt and courteous and got my keg set up on my patio. A 55-gallon plastic barrel with a tap and a CO2 tank for perfect pouring with no manual pumping. These guys rock. A got the 805 beer with the iconic green dye. Delicious. read more

I will only buy my Kegs here. Noah and Alan have absolutely the best customer service. They are very friendly and also, very helpful. I called Alan to see if they had Heineken in stock and he said they only had 1 left and he would hold it for me. When I got there he was very helpful and put it in my car for me and was all smiles. When I got home I couldn't get beer out of my keg and called them. Noah answered and gave me his personal phone number so we can FaceTime and figure out the issue. He took one look and figured out the problem right away. He was all smiles too! Very helpful and very kind and oh, they are also very dog friendly. I came there with my dog and they welcomed him with open arms. They got my business for life! Thank you! read more

Mr. Legs is a great local liquor store in Huntington Beach with solid prices and a really good selection. Huge shoutout for being open on Christmas -- that alone makes them clutch. They even carry Fortaleza, which is hard to find these days. On top of that, the owner is a genuinely good guy and always welcoming. Definitely a neighborhood spot worth supporting. read more

Mr. Kegs more like Mr. Scam. I saw their prices online for mini kegs, great prices, better than anyone around. After calling ahead to check the inventory and price of the kegs, I was quoted $15 over the online price. So since the online price was cheaper I obviously ordered through there. The person I talked to instantly called me back saying that he couldn't give me that price and that he told me his price. After this I will be contacting Alcoholic Beverage Control. read more

We have been using Mr Keg for years for our annual 4th of July party where we host over 200 people. This year the cooling line on the jockey box disengaged causing a huge mess and losing about 10 gallons of beer before we were able to stop the over flow. Because we were not confident in the line we didn't continue to use that side. I called Mr Keg who is under new ownership. The manager as always was a nice as can be. The new owner was rude and condescending. It would take hours to sit down and write all the back-and-forth that we went through but at the end of the day, they have terrible customer service. This new owner doesn't care about long term relationships. My husband, who is the nicest guy and never has a bad word to say about anyone came back after dropping off the jockey box and said never never again. will we use this company while it is owned by this person read more

Noah is the coolest dude around. always makes going in there so nice! would strongly recommend

The service here is amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is very clean and organized creating a satisfying experience while browsing. The music was fun and made me stay a little longer than expected. They have so many good deals on just about everything you can imagine. They literally sell kegs which I'm sure you can guess by the name. Definitely will have to stop by for supplies for my next event. But will frequent for snacks. Because let's be honest what girl doesn't love her snacks read more

Mr. Kegs has been a local HB liquor store fore a long time. They've always had good prices and a great beer selection, but their wine and liquor selection was poor. Recently they have new owner, who is their behind the counter all the time. He greets you as you enter and is available for suggestions. He has brought in all the highly desirable (allocated) stuff like Weller, Fortaleza, EH Taylor, Eagle Rate, ect. If you haven't been there lately, it's definitely worth a visit. I'll add a pic next time I visit. read more

Best store in the northern OC! Great staff great prices. The employees are always cool and nice to me.

If you're looking for a GREAT liquor store experience, this place truly stands out. The selection is fantastic--whether you're hunting for a rare bottle of bourbon or just something new to try, they have an impressive range of spirits and craft beers. Nouh is SUPER helpful and always happy to offer recommendations based on your taste or occasion. The refrigerated craft beer cave has everything from hard to find IPA's, to great sours, to hard seltzers! They also offer a few specialty items that are tough to find elsewhere. Whether you're a connoisseur or just getting into it, this store is your go-to for all things booze-related. Highly recommend! read more

Best service, the guys are always so friendly and helpful. The prices on their products is amazing, plus they're always running deals.

best liquor store, I have not gone anywhere since. they have gift bags with mixed drinks that you make it at home then you can hit the beach for a good time. Best beer selection. great deals on kegs. This place changed hands probably three years ago. It was decent before but customer service was spotty, hence some of the negative reviews. Any reviews before maybe 2019 are for a completely different experience. The new owners are actually excited about beer, they have fair prices(especially for a mom n pop shop), and they keep their eye on the beer scene and stock accordingly. This isn't some grumpy dude behind the counter that just rings you up, they are super friendly and actually try a lot of the beer they sell to give opinions and suggestions. They allow singles on most beers as well. It has become a legit bottle shop in Huntington. I've been a regular for quite awhile, and it's definitely worth passing lesser craft beer spots to shop here. read more

This was my goto place for craft beer. New ownership, they got rid of a lot of their craft beer selection. They are going the Macro beer route. They started selling liquor, really high price for those also. $120 for regular Blantons, when you can usually buy it at total wine for $79. read more

Great Service and prices. Noah has done a great job as the new owner. Shelves are stocked with very type of liquor. His bourbon selection is amazing. The prices are competitive too!!...I'll be back for more soon. Thanks Noah and Jose read more

So sad. This place doesn't have the right to be called what it was for so many years. For a long time Mr. Kegs was a local craft beer and keg supplier with a great selection and friendly service. This new owner turned it into another generic 'liquor' store just like the others on every corner. The once diamond in the rough beer store is now crammed full of crap like junk food and an abundance of WAY overpriced liquor. Craft beer? No. Just liquor and garbage. They should rebrand to something like 'Mr. Liquor' or 'Generic liquor store' now. It doesn't contain a single ounce of the life that Mr. Kegs provided to Huntington Beach for so many years. read more

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who will take the time to get you the right selection if you ask.

Finally a business that I can trust. I will most definitely consider this my one and only keg rental stop. The service was geared towards making me most comfortable and I can't say enough how spectacular it felt to know that the owner was willing to deliver same day after the close of the business. If you value companies that value customers then go here. Worth the higher deposit and I just remember I get that back!!! So it's like a savings account u can draw from after u feel like u spend ur whole wallet on a party. Heyyy....now I'm really happy. Thank you Mr. Kegs ! read more

This review is way overdue! Steven, the owner, is always so helpful! I always order my kegs for delivery and he is always so accommodating even when I am always doing things last second! Never once has he rushed me on the phone and he answers every question. Ignore all the 1 star reviews, sometimes issues arise on the owners who never take care of their systems or maintain it or they expect way too much. I have been a customer since 2014! Thank you Mr KEGS! read more
