We hired David Perez to do a concrete job for $8,500, and unfortunately our experience after the…read morework was completed has been extremely disappointing. During the project, his crew busted one of our sprinkler lines and also cut our internet line. We immediately brought the sprinkler damage to his attention, and we were assured that someone would come out that same day to repair it. No one ever showed up. Since then, we've reached out three more times, and each time we've either been ignored or received no response at all. At this point, he's completely stopped communicating with us and has made no effort to fix the damage his crew caused. Mistakes can happen on any job, but what matters is how it's handled. Instead of taking responsibility, we were given empty promises and then completely ghosted. The lack of communication, false assurances, and refusal to make things right have been incredibly unprofessional. After spending $8,500, we expected quality work and accountability. Instead, we were left with damaged property, unanswered messages, and a contractor who refused to stand behind his work. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

BEST SPRINKLER COMPANY IN LUBBOCK, hands down!…read more We have used so many sprinkler companies in Lubbock and always had an issue (they couldn't come quickly, even in an emergency, they overcharged, they didn't do the work correctly, you name it, we had problems) -- until we found Andy's. Specifically, we work with Freddy, who is one of their manager and crew chiefs l. Freddy is AMAZING. Over the past 3-4 years, he and his crew have repaired numerous systems for us at multiple properties. They've moved sprinkler heads, re-router water lines to our AC, installed new smart control boxes, taught us how to use and maintain the systems, and repaired just about everything that can go wrong. They're EXCELLENT at what they do. They're super responsive and get the work done quickly. And best of all -- they're GOOD GUYS. I trust Freddy completely. He's one of the best contractors in any field I've ever worked with, and we feel beyond lucky that we found him and Andy's. We wouldn't work with anyone else. THANK YOU, Freddy!!

Way overcharged for the labor, material, and time on the job!!!! Can't use them ever, again!read more

RL Solutions was the only one to return our call, came out the same day to survey the property, and had a reasonable estimate ready the very next day. We have a fairly large property and Robert worked tirelessly all week and through the weekend to finish the project. I have had homes with other sprinkler systems and this one is the best of them all, great coverage and a well thought out design. I highly recommend Robert with RL solutions, very honest and dependable.

They schedule to come out and fix it, then cancelled with no reschedule date. After getting them to fix the pipe, I showed the owner where parts of the sod didn't take. After not hearing from them, I decided to take them to small claims court. When the owner heard that, he immediately responded and a week later replaced most of the bad sod. I cleaned up after them. While here laying sod, he said I threatened a lawsuit. I told him it was not a threat since I hadn't heard back from him on replacing the sod. He said he was busy (with new business). I paid Over $12,000 for a side and front yard with sprinklers. He said several times that his work was NOT guaranteed. He said he was replacing the sod out of kindness. In our discussion, I said I would talk to the builder and he replied with "he is not my daddy." He also said he has plenty of work.

Will update when job is completed. well it didn't get any better. Crew #2 came out. At first they appeared to know what they were doing. when they had the bulk of the floor down, they said they would finish when additional material came in. When we went upstairs, we discovered both a dresser drawer broken, and wooden pieces of what had been the dresser leg. Flooring was bubbled up due to debris underneath, Flooring was coming loose and falling off of the stairs. We were not happy! I contacted an independent contractor who stated it was the worst he had seen. I don't want any of the Griggs employees back. If you break something you should tell the owner.

We had multiple contractors come out and "fix" it with no success. The owner of Griffin's came out and took the time to really get to the source of the problem, unlike the other guys that just came, did something, and left us with a bill and a leaky roof. He actually took the time to explain to me and my grandmother why the roof was leaking in that spot, why the other fixes never worked, and the all of options that we had to remedy the problem. With their guidance and expertise, we felt like we were able to make the best decision for her within her budget. Once we made a decision, they quickly got the job scheduled and completed! Now no more leaky spot! Not long after, I experienced hail damage and leaks on my own home and immediately called Griffin!
