They were extremely proactive, getting blood work done to check everything and make sure she was okay. VMC put my dog on Enacard and Salix, which seem to work (I had to increase the dosage from 1/2 a pill 2 times a day, to 1 pill two times a day). However, the medicine was doing its Job. We had a follow up appointment (I was unaware or forgot about) a week later. Nobody called me from VMC to remind me about the appointment and nobody called me for days after I missed it. Hell, they didn't even call for a follow up on the dog, even with the prescribed medicine lowering the dogs blood pressure. I gave Murray Animal Hospital almost 500 dollars to have no answers and ran out of money. What little I have let was going to refill my dogs medicine at VMC, but when my dog ran out of medicine, they wouldn't refill it or release permission to Murray Animal Hospital to refill, either. They wanted me to pay another examination fee before they refilled the medicine? I argued with them for a bit before hanging up, money hungry

Jumped on my elderly father and my grandchildren. No one could even come to the house. He spent time with Bailey in a board and train program. My grandkids were actually able to visit while my pup laid still in the floor. I no longer worry about either of us getting hurt when I try to walk him. He is still a work in progress as am I but with the Pebble Creek crew, we actually have a life again. Bailey told me when we started training that "Having a dog should add to your life, not take from it." With her help, our baby has been a great addition to our life. When I say how important it is that our grandchildren could be around our doggie, I do not exaggerate. My oldest grandson is autistic and my youngest is blind. It was very important that our doggie be calm around the boys. The photos I have attached is from the first day when then boys were able to be around the dog. I liked my dogs previous groomer but my dogs were so stressed out when they got home it stressed me…read moreout wondering why they were so nervous. To get them groomed they would be gone 4-5 hours sitting in a cage in between other dogs also being groomed. I found Diane the mobile groomer and she was great! She arrived early and took 1 hour for each dog. They were far less stressed following their grooming and I didn't need to leave the house! I recommend Diane, she was great!

Thank you Diane for providing outstanding care and grooming for FiFi. She has not looked this good…read morein years. In addition, your timelines is amazing. Prior groomers would require having her caged in their shops all day. That never worked for us. Now, when you arrive in front of our home we can be assured, in just around 1 hour, FiFi will be totally transformed from an overgrown best friend to a beautiful Poodle. EVERYONE there was amazing and Dr. Jackson took her time to examine and explain what options we had with my dog's eye issues. She did not rush through our appointment, and her and her staff treated us like family. I would give them 5 stars and recommend them to others which says something because I am EXTREMELY picky with who I trust my dog with.

The prices were much higher compared to other nearby clinics, where they at least smiled and were nice to you when you walked in. The technician was nice but the receptionist made the whole visit not nice and for that we will not be back. First impressions are lasting and if that is what they have for you to see and represent them when you enter thier clinic I would hate to see how things are behind closed doors. Save your money and your time and spend it with a clinic that is happy to see you walk in the door!
