Hell, they didn't even call for a follow up on the dog, even with the prescribed medicine lowering the dogs blood pressure. I gave Murray Animal Hospital almost 500 dollars to have no answers and ran out of money. What little I have let was going to refill my dogs medicine at VMC, but when my dog ran out of medicine, they wouldn't refill it or release permission to Murray Animal Hospital to refill, either. He literally noted that Rusty was dehydrated, but he didn't even bother to run basic tests or ask for a fecal sample to see what was actually wrong. We explicitly told him that Rusty had puked up a worm, and we even pointed it out directly on their own diagram in the room. Despite knowing that, they still skipped the tests. Instead of keeping him to stabilize him or running real diagnostics, they just let us walk out the door with a dehydrated animal. Being nice doesn't replace doing thorough medical work.This isn't the first time this clinic messed up either. In the past, my girlfriend's family trusted them with their dog, Tippy, and the clinic actually lost him. Between losing a family dog and cutting corners during a medical emergency, this place is just careless. Because they skipped the right tests when it mattered most, Rusty died. If your animal is actually sick, go somewhere else that won't skip the important steps.

To get them groomed they would be gone 4-5 hours sitting in a cage in between other dogs also being groomed. I found Diane the mobile groomer and she was great! She arrived early and took 1 hour for each dog. They were far less stressed following their grooming and I didn't need to leave the house! I recommend Diane, she was great!
