To get them groomed they would be gone 4-5 hours sitting in a cage in between other dogs also being groomed. I found Diane the mobile groomer and she was great! She arrived early and took 1 hour for each dog. They were far less stressed following their grooming and I didn't need to leave the house! I recommend Diane, she was great!

Prior groomers would require having her caged in their shops all day. That never worked for us. Now, when you arrive in front of our home we can be assured, in just around 1 hour, FiFi will be totally transformed from an overgrown best friend to a beautiful Poodle. the store was clean and i do realize we were walking in the door at 7:50 pm when they close at…read more8:00pm however, im not sure if the cashier was just having a bad day but she walked out from a room to ask if we needed anything and i said no thanks, she then said "we close in 5 minutes" which was odd thinking they closed at 7:55. we were looking for a new collar for our dog quick since we were in town, so we knew where we what we were there for so we wouldn't be in there long. we are looking around at the collars and 2 MINUTES pass and she tells us once again, "we are closing soon". so then we just get a harness and i said to my boyfriend "if it doesn't fit i'll just return it i'm just ready to go" we get to the counter and an older couple walks in (one disabled with a cane) looking to get some crickets "super quick before yall close" is what one lady said. ONCE AGAIN the cashier was very rude saying "we close in a few minutes. what do you need i don't have a lot to sell" all in a completely rude tone. i paid with a card i've been having problems with and just wanted to see if it was working again and when it didn't she quite loudly said "yeah it doesn't have any money on it do you like have something else" (yes i had the money the card was just being odd since me recently moving to a different state) so i paid with cash and when she handed me back my change she just dropped it into my hand and almost made the coins fall. im not one to complain however the way this lady seemed absolutely miserable having to deal with a few customers is beyond me. i get trying to get out at a decent time but that's still no excuse to be rude towards customers. cashiers name was grace

My 10 pound dog has been groomed there several times. Used to get a cute bow, but the last 6 months…read morethey said bows are back ordered. Huh? You can buy 100 for $5 online. We got over it. Each time I take her, I reiterate NO RAZOR on belly. Last time, severe razor burn on hygiene area. So bad, she's been to the vet twice to the tune of $175 And been on antibiotic for three weeks. No thanks. We won't be back. Too bad. I really like the other staff and the manager is terrific. Store is neat and clean.

I cannot say enough positive things about Bailey and Pebble Creek. I have an 11 month old boxer pup…read morewho was CRAZY! He didn't want to listen. Pulled me across the yard on his leash. Jumped on my elderly father and my grandchildren. No one could even come to the house. He spent time with Bailey in a board and train program. My grandkids were actually able to visit while my pup laid still in the floor. I no longer worry about either of us getting hurt when I try to walk him. He is still a work in progress as am I but with the Pebble Creek crew, we actually have a life again. Bailey told me when we started training that "Having a dog should add to your life, not take from it." With her help, our baby has been a great addition to our life. When I say how important it is that our grandchildren could be around our doggie, I do not exaggerate. My oldest grandson is autistic and my youngest is blind. It was very important that our doggie be calm around the boys. The photos I have attached is from the first day when then boys were able to be around the dog.
