My six month appointment was cancelled the day before, and when I tried to reschedule (two months…read moreout) the receptionist seemed rather unhappy to be talking to me. I understand if one dentist is gone, another on maternity leave, if she can't "control when she has the baby" but a dental office should be able to let people know more than a single day ahead of time, or at the very least understand my frustration. I was on the phone for less than five minutes total, and no one raised their voice, but it felt obvious that they didn't need me as a patient.

I went to this dentist for two bad molars and was told I needed four root canals. I agreed to…read morethree, but before I could schedule the fourth, one of my permanent crowns fell off twice within months. When it came off again, it took the filling with it, leaving just the posts exposed. I called for help but was told the dentist was on vacation and no one else could assist. Later, an Endodontist reviewed my X-rays and found lesions on all three root canals, meaning every one now needs retreatment--less than three years later. Even worse, the fourth tooth he said needed a root canal only requires a simple filling. That says everything. He may be a nice person, but the quality of his work has cost me thousands and more procedures. Save yourself the time and money--go to a qualified Endodontist first.

My son has had dental work before and has always done well with the gas mask and numbing shot. This time, however, we saw a dentist we had never met, who looked very inexperienced. After trying for less than a minute, she said she couldn't work on him. When I asked if his regular dentist could step in, I was told that "three people had to hold him down last time." This is absolutely not true. At no point has my son ever been held down during a dental visit (I'd never even let them hold his hand), and hearing this upset him. It's concerning that they seem to have confused him with another patient or have inaccurate notes in his chart. What bothers me most is the lack of professionalism and the unnecessary distress caused to my child. I don't feel confident in their communication or care, and I would not recommend this office based on our experience.

Then they admitted they used sub-optimal product on my bridge, but refused to replace it at their cost when it broke, claiming it was past warranty. I had to wait over half a year with a broken bridge, - until I could arrange for coverage/insurance - to get the bridge replaced. Against my better judgement, I had My Dentist replace the bridge, but indicated to them when it was fitted, there was a problem with the replacement. I was told it was to allow more chewing surface! This is not acceptable. Thousands of dollars paid out for bad service. I will look for a better dentist.
