I took my 6-year-old son in for a cavity filling and was very disappointed with how the visit was handled. My son has had dental work before and has always done well with the gas mask and numbing shot. This time, however, we saw a dentist we had never met, who looked very inexperienced. After trying for less than a minute, she said she couldn't work on him. When I asked if his regular dentist could step in, I was told that "three people had to hold him down last time." This is absolutely not true. At no point has my son ever been held down during a dental visit (I'd never even let them hold his hand), and hearing this upset him. It's concerning that they seem to have confused him with another patient or have inaccurate notes in his chart. What bothers me most is the lack of professionalism and the unnecessary distress caused to my child. I don't feel confident in their communication or care, and I would not recommend this office based on our experience. read more

I gave My Dentist Fort Smith, three chances and I won't be back again. I had been a client for a long time, receiving a lot of different services. Then they admitted they used sub-optimal product on my bridge, but refused to replace it at their cost when it broke, claiming it was past warranty. I had to wait over half a year with a broken bridge, - until I could arrange for coverage/insurance - to get the bridge replaced. Against my better judgement, I had My Dentist replace the bridge, but indicated to them when it was fitted, there was a problem with the replacement. I was told it was to allow more chewing surface! This is not acceptable. Thousands of dollars paid out for bad service. I will look for a better dentist. read more

From past visits I would have gladly given them a 5 star rating. I was called the day before my visit to see if I could come earlier for my visit. I could not because of previous commitments. I offered to reschedule my visit but was told , no it would be okay. When I arrived they hygienist was not the one I scheduled with. First she did not cover my shirt to protect it from splatters, she did not clean my teeth, she polished them. She tried to floss my teeth but failed to get the floss between my teeth. As a rule my regular provider cleans my dentures, she polished the front of them but did not take them out and clean them. She did not X-ray my teeth either. I was in the chair for about 10 minutes and paid $80 to clean my teeth. When I return in 6 months I will not accept anyone except my regular hygienist. She is awesome!! read more

Just had my first appointment with this practice. From the staff at the front desk, the dental assistant, the hygienist, to the doctor I was made to feel comfortable. They are reasonably priced. I definitely recommend. read more
