Dr. Sparkman talked to me at length about another health issue that may be going on. But, asked me also if I had any other concerns. I have never had another Dentist that was that knowledgable about other issues (nothing to do with dental) going on. The hygienist was Megan. Not only was she gentle, but was so polite and sweet. I honestly felt like I had known her for a very long time! While most people understandably don't like the dentist, as long as I'm with Riley Dental, I will always look forward to going! I highly recommend them!

My daughter has seen Dr. Lee for all of her dental care, since her very first appointment. When he…read moremoved his practice from Waldron Avenue to this new location, I was unaware that he would be sharing his patient load with other dentists. Her first cleaning here was with Dr. Willis. I had no idea until we got there and were walked back. Immediately, Dr. Willis talked about my daughter getting braces and insurance not paying for them because she didn't need them. I was like, "Huh?" We weren't there for a braces consult, there was no mention by anyone other than him of braces; it really seemed out of left field. Now I know when I schedule an appointment, that I need to request Dr. Lee, and will make a point of doing that. I like that they continue to let the parent go back with their child (upon request). Not every clinic does that. I just wish there wasn't such a long wait for an appointment because of that simple request. (We had to re-schedule her most recent cleaning due to illness and can't get in again for two months).

Front staff minus the one visit very early on of going here has all been great and they have you checked in as soon as you walk in the door. Dentist, she has always been very explanatory of what needs to be done, recommendations and asking questions about how your doing. Hygienist and I'm pretty sure I was treated by all throughout my treatment plan there was only one that lacks chair side service. She is rough, has no care about being rough and her tone of voice is as rough as she is personally but other than that everyone else is extremely caring, patient and very easy going.

I would highly recommend anyone who has a child NEVER take them to see this man, especially those who have children with special needs! I would also suggest that he know his facts before he gives unwarranted parenting advise. I managed to keep my cool as best as I could but I could tell from his staff that this type of behavior is not uncommon from him. I hope the next person he speaks to the way he did with me is able to compose themselves to put him in his place but that is also why I'm writing this review....
