I know, this many years later ... however, I don't live in Missouri, so I made the appointments (needed) to about two weeks in advance after explaining the situation to the receptionist. She was so helpful and understanding. Both appointments were quick and easy. First was impressions and the second was my fitting. They worked out the few problems with the new retainer (mild reshaping to fit better) and I've had no problems or complaints since!

I understand human error, but since it was an emergency to mend a broken permanent retainer that bothers the patient who cannot eat correctly, its really unacceptable and a horrible inconvenience. Just wasted time for no reason. Update: the fixed retainer broke. I have called 3 times, (it's been almost 2 months) left messages and no one has bothered to call. Today, I called again, but nothing. Now my daughter is stuck on her Invisalign retainer for over a month and haven't heard a peep from them. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Still paying the braces monthly and no regard to patients.
