I know, this many years later ... however, I don't live in Missouri, so I made the appointments (needed) to about two weeks in advance after explaining the situation to the receptionist. She was so helpful and understanding. Both appointments were quick and easy. First was impressions and the second was my fitting. They worked out the few problems with the new retainer (mild reshaping to fit better) and I've had no problems or complaints since!

Just wasted time for no reason. Update: the fixed retainer broke. I have called 3 times, (it's been almost 2 months) left messages and no one has bothered to call. Today, I called again, but nothing.
