The Howitzer Pinot by Jesse Estate Vineyard is the bottle I took home and worth the $50.00 +tip. I am really happy that there's a tasting room like this close by where I don't feel judged and I can comfortably sit at a table or relax on the Adirondack chairs with WINE GLASS HOLDERS and people watch. Dauntless does not serve food but, don't mind you bringing your own although they partnered with Urban Decanter just next door and they deliver directly to you. Our second to last tasting left so much sediment in the bottom of the glass, which we know happens with reds. But we thought surely he would give us a fresh glass for the final pour. Nope. We planned to head back to the shop to buy some of The Wine Shack's label, but we were so disappointed by the tasting experience that we did not. I wish everyone there had had the energy and spirit of the man in the shop. It certainly would've changed our experience.
