Instead of dealing with the problem directly, it quickly escalated into us leaving. On our way out, the owner boasted "I'm rich, and I don't kiss anybody's a$$"....... Which totally floored us. Perhaps he and his staff were having a really bad day, and perhaps they should install a blower at the door to attempt to keep flies out. We've always had a good meal there, and have brought many friends with us over the years. The arrogance seemed overwhelming on our exit. I did step up to him, shook his hand, and calmly told him we would never be back. Shame.
