Our kitchen and hallway hardwood floors were pretty beat up from dogs, heels, and wear and tear …read more.. had been 12 - 15 years since they were last refinished. Southeastern was one of three companies that we contacted. All were responsive and knowledgeable, but we choose SHF because (1) he was the only owner, operator that responded; (2) volunteered references; and (3) was confident that the entire surface could be refinished without having to replace panels, etc; all prices were competitive. he also volunteered finishing suggestions and took the time to answer questions relative to certain spots and issues We were delighted with our decision and the final product. The floors look almost brand new. We had SHF perform the work while we were away, and we returned to a clean, completed job; totally turnkey, no issues. We highly recommend SHF for any hardwood floor issues or projects!!

Wow. I highly recommend stopping by Country Granite. Julie was exceptional at customer service, and…read moreI really appreciate her help. If you're tired of the usual box store, one piece bathroom vanities, this is a viable, better option. I purchased a Kohler sink elsewhere, but I needed guidance on purchasing a top. Country Granite has a lot of great remnant choices. Brian answered all of my questions patiently and explained the process. Phil, the other owner, came to measure and reassured me it would look great. Though I wasn't doing a huge renovation, they treated me with respect as if I was. I'm so happy with how it looks. Thank you! I'll be back soon.

I had a bad experience with Garcia Tile. We were encouraged to buy extra tile to make sure we had…read moreenough for when the tile guy did his work, thinking we could return any unopened packages. Better to have more than not enough. After the project was done, I brought several packages back to Garcia Tile, very heavy packages, the guy looks at me like I was a ghost, all the salesman friendliness and warmth gone. Then he says several times, "We told you there was a 30-day return policy." As in, our ass is covered, we're not going to lose any profit on this deal. He sure didn't say it several times when we bought the tile, maybe he said it once to my wife. If I had heard that, the return deadline would have immediately gone on my Google calendar, maybe I would have even delayed the purchase. So now I'm stuck with several very heavy bundles of tile worth several hundred dollars that I have no use for. Thanks for nothing, Garcia Tile.

I highly recommend JY Construction for their quality craftsmanship and reliability. There were shipping delays and some additional repair work that was needed once we could see the structure of the deck. Jean kept me informed each step of the way, always followed through on what he said he would do, and kept the costs reasonable. We are happy with how the deck turned out, it is built well and the custom lattice work is just beautiful. Jean even built us a new ramp for our shed with the leftover decking material at no charge! Thank you Jean to you and your employee for your hard work this summer, we appreciate it!
