As a midwestern cafe, Sunshine is at the top of the list for good food, great service in a clean diner setting.

One caterer we contacted in March for our Sept wedding suggested we contact them again 2 or 3 weeks before our event. HCC was a welcome change of pace to work with people who had the knowledge and patience to work with us on our schedule. The amount of food they suggested (we served appetizers during our reception) seemed to be about spot on. I can't give a detailed review if the food because I didn't get a chance to eat much of it. But what I did eat was great and I heard mumblings of good things from our guests. But Jason was very helpful in getting everything set up during our event, making our food lines look great with the use of some extra linen, columns, and various boxes or something which added height along the buffet line.
