I like a lot of the night ones; however, there are some of the night staff that seriously need to learn some customer service. This guy was in front of me the other night and he was struggling to pay for his cigarettes and one of the women working (who is newer) was working. I just politely asked if I could buy his cigarettes to help him out and that I needed to be somewhere. She flipped out saying that she can go as slow as she wants, threatened to say that she could call the cops, that she would lose her job and made some poor attempt at blackmailing me. Then I tried to change the subject to something more positive and apologized then she kept blabbing on and then I lost my cool and told her she needed to chill the hell out. I was severely disappointed. All I was trying to do was help a guy out. However, the other gas attendants such as Kelsey and Brittany are amazing people! They have funny jokes, they like to laugh, have conversation and make the VP experience all around a pleasant place to be. It sucks that the one gas attendant however (I won't mention her name) really knocked the rating down for me, because in the end, customer service is what matters. It's my last few weeks living in Muncie and it's a shame that I'm leaving with a bad taste in my mouth, because of her.

I went in to get a 44 oz cup of ice and a bag of crushed ice. Well waiting on the guy to fill up the ice machine made my bag of ice melt a little bit so like anyone else (& don't anyone act like they wouldn't get a different bag if they ice started to melt) I went to switch it out and in doing so I dropped my money in the freezer. So I had to remove a couple bags to get it and while I was trying to get my dollar he yelled at me and told me no. Then when I went to pay for my items he called me a lier saying that I'm lying about dropping my money in there. I had money in my hand when I was getting the ice. I hope he knows I had a dollar with my pouch on the counter and also a dollar in my hand and one in my pocket. I wasn't lying. I told him what I was doing. Like I said.. I was switching my ice because it was starting to melt waiting on him and then I dropped my money in there. I don't know what his deal is but he can go somewhere else with all that. He needs to change his attitude. He's like this every time I go in there. I will not be going in there anymore. And not only did he lose me as a customer but also like 10 or more other people because of his attitude. I have heard so many stories about him. Its nuts.

Not your typical farm store because they carry so much more... including Rk tractors! We moved in 16 to Anderson & bought 16 acres with a home to rehab. So much to come to RK for! (Forgive the preposition at the end of the sentence please !). Before Covid we bought an RK 37 hydrostatic tractor. Then the hunt was on for 3 point accessories. If this RK didn't have it the ones in Kokomo or Greenville did. Service excellent. We have had a couple accidents with that tractor and have had some repairs to do. Service at the Muncie Store has been top-notch. When we're shopping this is one of the places that we always price test and many times we make the 20+ mile trip to Muncie as we are this morning. I guess the only negative that I see is that we tend to eat too much popcorn!
