Had an unfortunate mishap and let's just say vomit ended up all over my new coat I got for Christmas. I dropped it off at the cleaners and she asked when I needed it done. I told her whenever (assuming the latest would be no more than a week) and then she told me it would be ready in 1.5 weeks. I was a little surprised at the time estimate and was a little worried about whether the stains would just seep in more because of the expected ready date she gave me, but I said okay anyways. 1.5 weeks past and I pick up my coat. It looks great, no stains and no smell. However, the integrity of my coat did change. My coat had piling and was no longer smooth. The cost of dry cleaning my coat was also $30, which I thought was pretty steep. I get things dry cleaned every 5 years, so I don't really know what typical pricing is for certain garments. The husband and wife that run the dry cleaners speak enough English to get by I would say. I paid in cash, I'm not sure if they take card but I would always bring cash for these small mom and pop shops. read more

I am rating the customer service and not the quality of the cleaning. I had a couple of items dry cleaned which I prepaid when leaving the items off. When I returned to picked them up, the receipt attached to the dry cleaned items didn't show paid. I informed the cleaners woman and man that were there that I had prepaid. They were adamant that I hadn't. It wasn't the cost of double paying for the cleaning, but the way I was treated as if I was lying. I know I was at fault for not making sure that their records showed the paid stamp. As I left, I asked them to look at their camera footage. They said no. My hubby needed a dress shirt dry cleaned and I waited to the last minute to get it dry cleaned and my usual place was going to be closed on Saturday. I remembered this place and dropped off shirt late on Friday and needed it Saturday, they expedited it at an additional cost (totally OK) and shirt was ready Saturday before noon, I was very pleased with their service. This drycleaner looks great on the outside and on the inside...but looks are deceiving. My clothes smelled worse after I picked them up then when I dropped them off. They were wrapped well, but they smell like sweat. They are expensive and do a horrible job. 2 thumbs down from me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. read more

Terrible service! I dropped off my clothes for dry cleaning on a Monday and they told me to return on Friday. When I went to pick up my clothes on Friday, they told me it wasn't done and to return after 5pm. I asked what was the earliest time I could pick up the following day because I had go to work. I was told to return at 830 am. So I returned on Saturday at 8 45 am to find out that they don't open until 9am. This place is overpriced and unreliable! Overpriced yet mediocre cleaning. Invoice said ready after 5pm. I came after 5pm and had to wait an additional 40minutes.

This is my go-to dry cleaners. I have used them twice a month for over a year and I have never had any problems. I also used them for alterations on a bridesmaid dress and they did an awesome job.
