A friend's vehicle was stolen in BC and the cops pretty much followed it to Red Deer. It's now 7 weeks and just now ICBC towed it back to BC and it's going to a shop for repairs.

Need staff who can at least have some simpathy in their tone and not like a repremanding school teacher, like its my fault the sticker did not stick to my licesnce plate despite it being clean and dry. In my over 30 years of insuring vehicles and applying stickers, I have been successful in applying these stickers. Much longer than the rude insurance associate. This branch simply lack the customer service skills and I will be going back to Sussex insurance to insure my car in the spring.
