From the beginning I had nothing but problems it took two weeks to efile my return after several attempts it finally went through but due to a filing error on the part of my accountant (Wrong address input) all mail from revenue canada did not find me, so they put a stop payment on my Childtax benefit for the month of November, When I requested my money back from Soprovich and company I was refused and told that the error had been fixed, that an associate had contacted revenue canada and I would recieve my payment the next day, which did not occur, I am a single parent on a very fixed budget, I have a child with disabilities and I need this childtax desperately. I work two jobs and barely make ends meet without my childtax, because of this error all my bills are unpaid and preauthorized payments are bounced which will cost me NSF charges. Might I suggest a different accounting firm.

Unlike other vets we tried, they didn't try to make us run every test and seems to walk the right line between doing what is right for the dogs health without inflating the bill. The front office is super competent and helpful. They answer the phone and where available to see our pet immediately. They seem to be much more competent than the other vet offices we have been to. Hammond Bay Animal Hospital is top notch.

Spencer Leakey ended up being my savior- his deep understanding of the most up-to-date tax regulations in both countries and how they intermingle, combined with his friendliness, efficiency, and outstanding communication, put my mind at ease and made the whole experience a very pleasant one (which I never thought I'd say about getting my taxes done!). Leakey & Lewicki's office staff is also very friendly, helpful, and effective. The firm's online portal system is super convenient- I love that you can go back and access tax documents if need be. Honestly, you won't find a better firm to meet your accounting needs both on the Island and abroad- highly recommend!

She figured out the difference of what I was over charged and handed me the money which I felt was incorrect. I asked to return the item . Apparently they "are not set up" to reverse the charge.
