Staff repeatedly provided incorrect information and failed to answer questions. I can't imagine what it would be like dealing with them if it was anything complicated. Agree with other 1 star reviewers -- they're nice when you're buying but not great on the other end. Wendy McCracken below says I have already spoken to other staff. Yes I have, but no-one answered these questions: 1. Why was I repeatedly asked to fill out a proof of loss form, then suddenly didn't have to? 2. I understand other factors go into premium changes. I asked to know how my premiums would be affected by one factor only -- me accepting the amount I'm entitled to for the insurance deductible. That amount is ALREADY SET and won't change when the claim is finalized. So why can't it be calculated before a claim is made? 3. Why did Rahat say the insulation we ADDED (via special levy) we was just "repairs"? If your staff can't correctly interpret basic documents, I'm not confident you could manage a more complicated claim. I'm happy to change my review if these items are addressed. Thanks!

    Please avoid this insurance company. Very very unprofessional. Because I cannot afford a car right…read morenow, so I am driving my uncle's car. My uncle has signed the ICBC consent form for me to renew my next year car insurance. My first time to hear an insurance broker ask her colleagues whether it is legal to do so. Obviously, the woman who help me to handle the car insurance does not understand ICBC regulations. This gives me the first signal that the insurance company is not professional. I even suspect whether the woman have the license to handle car insurance for me I am the driver of the car, and I moved. So I want to update the driver's home address not car owner's home address. After the woman update the address she did not show me the insurance details and told me that the price is 80 more dollar more than ICBC letter shows, and I asked why. She explained to me that home address decide the insurance cost, since I moved the cost changed. I take it and pay for over 1700 for the car insurance. Then she printed out the insurance and asked me to sign the paper, but I found the car owner's address has been changed to my address. I told the woman that the owner's address is wrong and she need to changed. She became very unhappy about it. Come on I can not sign a wrong documentation and I do not want to lie to ICBC. She said that if the address changed to my uncle's correct address, the insurance changed again. Why? My uncle is the car owner not the car driver. I asked what was my uncle's old address on file, and she said that was my old address. I asked her if it is the case, why my uncle received this insurance renew reminder at his correct home address. The woman said she did not know, maybe because the systems is wrong. What the hell? I strongly suspect the woman has typed some wrong information which makes the insurance price keep increasing. I asked her whether she can check the system if when she used my old address, what could be the insurance cost, she refused to do so. I told her I feel uncomfortable for her service and want my money back. I want a professional broker to make all the information in ICBC system right. If there is any accident happen, if my information is wrong, I cannot be covered. The woman said that she cannot do that. Since I did not sign the ICBC insurance letter with wrong information, I cannot even got a photocopy or even take a picture for what she has done wrongly. I really freaked out and called my aunt to come to help me solve the case. At the same time, the women called the police to kick me out. I was just sitting there to wait for my aunt and did nothing. Seriously, why???? Your store was not closed and I did nothing. She just barely want me to leave and do not want to solve it. At the same time, the woman called ICBC, told ICBC that I keep changing my address, and do not sign the insurance. ICBC suspended my insurance. I cannot get any insurance from any insurance company now. Why?????? This insurance company treats their customers as a criminal. I want to know why. Did you make the home address and mailing address correct in ICBC system? Did you make the car driver address and car owner address in ICBC system correct? ICBC listened to their lie and suspended my car insurance. Why???? The woman screwed it up and did not help, but she is so good at destroying other people's live. Covid changes many people's life, so do I. Every penny is earned with my hard work. Cannot I ask questions about the price difference reason? Cannot I question about this woman's problem handling ability? Please walk away from this insurance company

Staff are always too busy and seem annoyed at having to service customers or answer questions. High staff turnover. With so many brokerages in town, you don't need to go to this one.
