Terrible service. Gave us a crappy insurance sticker for our vehicle, wanted 18 dollars more for a new one. Need staff who can at least have some simpathy in their tone and not like a repremanding school teacher, like its my fault the sticker did not stick to my licesnce plate despite it being clean and dry. In my over 30 years of insuring vehicles and applying stickers, I have been successful in applying these stickers. Much longer than the rude insurance associate. This branch simply lack the customer service skills and I will be going back to Sussex insurance to insure my car in the spring. read more
