Worst experience ever!! If you want to make sure you're ACTUALLY covered by insurance properly I recommend you go somewhere else!! Definitely just go into Walmart and go to Sussex if not just go to a completely other location. Had a transit permit I needed for my car to bring back out of province. I kept telling the agent I needed to bring it back a certain Monday because the dealership I was seeing was closed Sundays, and then they made a MISTAKE and kept saying a date which I thought it was the Monday and not the exact date they were saying. I got a claim and called into icbc thinking I was covered, turns out I wasn't at all!! Had to pull over and spend more time figuring it out and got the PROPER paperwork from a Sussex agent. Now I'm out $950 because Westland doesn't know how to have customer service and they just fought back with me the whole time and had ZERO compassion for their own customer. After I had called Westland to make the call and notify them the concern, when I got the call back from the manager he was rude and aggressive as soon as I answered the phone.
