After interviewing 3…read morecontractors (and checking out the "big box" stores), we are so thrilled that we decided on Premium Home Remodeling to do the work. Our kitchen renovation consisted of: new countertops, new backsplash, extending countertop/cabinet for wine fridge, knocking down breakfast bar to counter height, new sink, cabinet and wall painting. From meeting with Jerry in the beginning, to going over the details with Ofelia, to working with Rick on the day-to-day of the project, every single interaction was an absolute pleasure. Each person working in our home showed up on time, was polite, and took care in their workmanship. The project wrapped up on-time and our house was left cleaner than when they arrived. We are so happy to recommend PHR.

Of course this can happen with renovations but the frustrating part was the lack of communication from the owner about it. Once finished they were asked to come back and fix many areas where the grout was lacking. Now 3 months in and extremely upset with this company/owner. There is a problem with the flooring and the owner has been unresponsive since June 5th. We have tried to call, text, leave voicemails, emails and no response. He answered my husbands number not knowing it was him most likely and told him he was in a meeting and would call back in a half hour and never did- now won't answer phone calls from his number either. Very unprofessional and disappointing! Wouldn't recommend using this company.

Unfortunately for me, I started my remodeling project with someone else and it was terrible. Once I fired them, I called Henry and immediately I knew I should have hired him from the start. He remodeled my master bath and it came out perfect. From the outset, the attention to detail was incredible. Being as OCD and detail-oriented as I am, I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything, no matter how small. From types of schluters that should go around tile to the colors/textures of caulking to match grout, I learned a lot and was appreciative he took the time to explain it. Henry was there almost every day, making sure his crew got everything correct. Even if it requires them to start over. No cutting corners or rushing to finish. It was truly a professional job. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

As a first-time homeowner, I knew almost nothing about remodeling. When I met with Idan, he took the time to ask a lot of questions to understand exactly what I wanted and helped bring my vision to life. Hector and Carlos did an excellent job. They were very communicative throughout the project and genuinely cared about every detail. The final result exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and my new kitchen and bathroom completely transformed the feel of my home. It honestly feels like a little piece of heaven. They weren't the cheapest contractor, but they were fairly priced, and the quality of the finished work made every dollar worth it. Texas Greatest Remodelers saved the day, truely. i interviewed 3 other companies. Texas Greatest Remodelers were VERY SMARTLY PRICED compared to the others. and what they offered was the best of the four. 1) friendly project manager "MO" arrived ON-time measured my driveway and came up with a price right then and there. he explained what his company offers. No paying until work done and i'm satisfied. "mo" kept in phone/text contact with me the whole way and was present when work started and in/out throughout. i was invited to observe while men were completing work. 2) fair estimate with no surprises and no moving the goal posts, followed by contract. The contract made things EASY for my HOA as i sent the paper to them and they approved within days. 3) best quality. the other companies offered 3k to 3.5k psi concrete. TGR gave me 4.5K psi.
