I would have saved myself money and heartache. This is my story. I have been shopping for a used car for a long time because I want to avoid the monthly payment that comes with a brand-new car. There is a HUGE CATCH: I know nothing about cars. And I don't know where to start. I have been lost in the used-car-shopping desert for over 40 days. A friend of mine [Hadi's neighbor] told me about Hadi, who agreed to do a pre-sale inspection. However, through a series of miscommunication and mis-expectation between this particular friend and me, I ended up buying, not from Hadi, but a questionable third-party seller. Hadi went out of his way to make sure this transaction works out for me. Please note -- he is not the seller! He did every task conceivable for me -- who knows nothing about the car buying and registration process!!
