They were also supposed to put on either a new carb or clean it. Picked it up and paid $261.63. Took it back to the farm and put it on the workbench. When we took it out of the case and removed the sheath it was full of oil and it wouldn't start. We took it back to them, and expressed our displeasure. They said oh that guy doesn't work here anymore and Colton was supposed to be working on it. They had it for two weeks, poor communication and you could never get the same person to come to the phone. Finally decided to just pick it up. Colton wouldn't come to the phone or the front desk. When we dropped it off the second time it did have a new chain and bar, not sure about the plug and air filter. But when we picked it up the final time it had the old bar, chain, filter and plug. When questioned they said well do you have the receipt? We produced the receipt and they got the parts. However, upon inspection, it wasn't the correct size bar or chain. They finally found the correct bar and chain. I feel like we should've called the sheriff because they didn't do anything but try to steal the parts that we'd already paid for. Took it back to Iowa, my nephew tore it apart, realized there were bolts missing from inside along with the throttle linkage. There were wires that were broke. It appeared to have been sabotaged. He ordered all the parts, put it back together and it looks and runs like new. It would appear that they don't have anyone who knows how to fix a chainsaw, but there's absolutely no excuse for stealing parts that you've already charged a customer for. They're not competent or honest.
