Angry right from the start at me for reasons beyond my control. $20. I don't care about my $20 deposit, and would have paid $20 to talk to a family friend that works there. Management needs to go if $20 is an issue on a gun they made a nice big profit on cause it was back ordered for 3-6 months (popular). Seriously I would be giving a 5 star if she hadn't just been downright nasty and accusing as if I had ignored calls to pick up the gun. As a good salesperson once said it's usually the salesperson making the sale not the product. I wouldn't accept something for free here at this point. Except for my friend working there maybe they'll go under. Almost no stock. Prediction: gone in 18 months.

He's always quick to respond, thorough in his assessments, and possesses a remarkable level of knowledge about appliances. He inspected the vape and said (It looks like you take very good care of your vape and this doesn't normally happen) he gave us options on what we could do. Like (send the mod into SMOK) as we were about to walk out he asked me to hand him my tank real quick. He turned around and grabbed his old MOD (vape) and gave me 3 new batteries and his old vape. That is what I call good customer service. He was very polite and very helpful.i will be sure to continue going to this vape shop. Thank you

There are no step by step verbal instructions throughout the video, no speaking in the videos at all. If I'd understood this before purchasing I would not have purchased this product. I emailed to let them know I'd only watched one video and these were not what I expected and they responded that they're unable to offer any sort of a refund and offered no other remedy other than telling me to keep trying I might find I enjoy it. I don't enjoy it, now that I know what it is. I tried one, I know I don't enjoy it, not at all, I hated it. I don't want to try it again, I'd like a refund. You should make money off customers that do enjoy it not off those that you mislead. I had no idea a "process video" was DIFFERENT THAN ALL THE OTHER VIDEOS I've watched from Let's Make Art over the past number of years. $100 wasted. Super disappointed with this product and even more disappointed with their customer service response. So many other ways to deal with a situation like this and keep your customer happy. Be absolutely certain you understand what you're getting and it's what you want before you order from this company or just go find some other company to support as from my perspective this company is unfortunately no longer one worth supporting.
