I had trouble with a broken screen which led to other problems on my phone. Kylee was exceptional in fixing the problem. She spent well over an hour to help retrieve all of the information on my phone. She was very patient with me and worked diligently to solve all of the issues that arose. My experience at the Chillicothe store was a pleasant one. I was very pleased with the service I received. There was so very much patience and genuine care with helping get exactly what I wanted. All details were expertly shown to me so I could understand every step of the process. It took several minutes to get my data transferred and the young lady was able to get everything expertly done.
