A co-worker of mine suggested Waggs-N-Whiskers. He said that he takes his cat here often to get its nails clipped and that the staff was kind, in addition to having extremely affordable prices so... I decided to give them a call. I took Severus in for a full Grooming Treatment (which included a shower, haircut, nail clipping, ear cleaning, etc.). While I won't be doing the haircut again, I couldn't be more than happy with the service. The staff called me to let me know how things were going mid service and to let me know when I could come back to get him. I've already scheduled his next two appointments. My dog is extremely hyper for her age and I have received some rude comments in the past from other veterinary staff at other providers. The staff here at vetco was so welcoming and kind. They made us feel extremely welcome. I ended up, returning for dental care for my pup for the first time in her life (so I was nervous) and they took such great care of her and they followed up for the next few days to check on her. They also accept care credit which is extremely helpful. They do labs and procedures in office. I am extremely happy with the service I have received for my pup.

We got a call about an hour later that one of them scratched the groomer and we need to come get them. We came back and were very apologetic, and did not do the "MY cat NEVER does that!" routine--they're cats. They will be aggressive at times. That being said, all of our cats have been groomed before with no issues. The lady (the owner, I think?) was hearing none of it and was very rude to us no matter how much we apologized. It became clear quickly when we got home that this groomer clearly has no experience with cats nor any desire to groom cats. It looks like they used canine nail clippers on them (picture attached) and the cats were very spooked. If you don't like cats, just groom dogs! Why even advertise that you groom cats?

Lynda came directly to my residence to ensure the most comfortable environment for my cat. The moment she arrived, I knew we were in the best possible hands. Lynda was gentle, patient and clearly experienced. She took the time to understand my cat's needs, including her health condition, her thin and sensitive skin and she adjusted her approach quickly. She even turned peaceful purring music which calmed my cat... and me to be honest. What impressed me most was her calm, reassuring manner and how she prioritized my kitty's comfort before all else. My cat is like a new kitten, she comfortable, beautiful, soft, happy and so loving! Her coat is smooth matte and tangle-free. I had searched and searched and was turned down by all vets and groomers that I had contacted due to the age of my cat. Lynda was the only person willing to take on that risk so that my kitty could live comfortably.
