Basically I have to have prescription wet food and I have it auto shipped to me from Petco. After the shipment arrived, a few days had passed, and when I opened it, three of the cans were badly damaged. So I went on Petco's website and you can't really speak to a live person and the only option you have is to send back the entire order. I really didn't want to send the whole order back and just wanted the three cans replaced. I thought I would give it a try and I went up to the Westgate mall location, and I was helped by Dominique who instantly stopped what she was doing as far as stocking shelves and immediately was able to help me and picked three prescription wet food cans off the shelf and replace them. I was shocked because I didn't buy them from this store, but also very happy that I didn't have to go through the headache of returning the entire order. That being said, I had no idea this location had the prescription food that I buy online so I will be stopping up to the store much more often Bravo for fantastic customer service

We got a call about an hour later that one of them scratched the groomer and we need to come get them. We came back and were very apologetic, and did not do the "MY cat NEVER does that!" routine--they're cats. They will be aggressive at times. That being said, all of our cats have been groomed before with no issues. The lady (the owner, I think?) was hearing none of it and was very rude to us no matter how much we apologized. It became clear quickly when we got home that this groomer clearly has no experience with cats nor any desire to groom cats. It looks like they used canine nail clippers on them (picture attached) and the cats were very spooked. If you don't like cats, just groom dogs! Why even advertise that you groom cats?

Grooming an older cat can be tricky and obviously risky, which can make the kitty (and kitty's mommy) very anxious of the experience. Lynda came directly to my residence to ensure the most comfortable environment for my cat. The moment she arrived, I knew we were in the best possible hands. Lynda was gentle, patient and clearly experienced. She took the time to understand my cat's needs, including her health condition, her thin and sensitive skin and she adjusted her approach quickly. She even turned peaceful purring music which calmed my cat... and me to be honest. What impressed me most was her calm, reassuring manner and how she prioritized my kitty's comfort before all else. My cat is like a new kitten, she comfortable, beautiful, soft, happy and so loving! Her coat is smooth matte and tangle-free. I had searched and searched and was turned down by all vets and groomers that I had contacted due to the age of my cat. Lynda was the only person willing to take on that risk so that my kitty could live comfortably. It's rare to find someone with exceptional grooming skills and a genuine live for animals, especially senior ones. I'm beyond grateful ad will absolutely call and refer Lynda anytime needed.
