Apparently this is just a guideline. Id say a quarter of people here got no mask on. Crazy!

This mall is about average. I love that they have the skating rink available with no need to reserve. Right now they have a BOGO where you pay the $25 to skate and get to return the next day between 12-5 at no extra cost. The Whole foods is another plus, but you have to go out the side entrance to have access. It would've been nice if the mall had an entry from inside. An obvious issue I noticed during my most recent visit, was the lack of guests not wearing masks. By my estimate, about a quarter of the guests had no mask on. When approaching a Mall Security Guard about this, he said this being enforced. Meanwhile, a group walks right by with no mask in sight. This is unfortunate.

I've been to this mall twice, and I really really enjoy it every time. Why? Because it never seems crowded. I find it really cool that there's an ice skating rink right in the middle, so it's fun to just sit and watch people fly by on skates while hanging out and enjoying your Starbuck's coffee! There are actually several good stores here too, stores you'd expect in any mall (even a full movie theater!) So I'm surprised it's not as busy as it should be. The food court isn't the biggest, but still has a decent variety of food. A few Asian food stalls, Grilled Cheese, and Chick Fil A to name a few. Parking is never an issue for us at this mall either. Overall, a very pleasurable shopping experience.

This is probably the best mall I've found since moving to Florida. It's clean, easy to navigate, has nice variety of stores and the best Dillard's (huge) in the area. We've eaten at the food court which had decent foods when on the run. There is cinema in-house. Restaurants and grocery: Whole Foods, BJ's, PF Chang's, and Red Robin on the outside. Easily accessible from Rt 19 and huge parking lot makes this a nice experience. .ps forgot to mention the ice skating rink!

Family restroom lobby

Most toddler friendly mall we've visited. They have an extra large family restroom with its own lobby that includes toys and private feeding rooms in addition to the toddler size toilet. The fire trucks you can rent include seats for 2 children and tablets with age appropriate games on both seats. The fire trucks cost $10 to rent and if you plan to be at mall for awhile it's well worth the $$ plus you get $1 back once you return cart. There are two play areas in the mall in addition to the play space in the family restroom lobby. One is the standard mall play area but the other is in a store space and offers a toddler kitchen play area, fort, tv with lounge. This mall offers the usual stores and food court but the toddler play areas are a big bonus for parents.

This is an average mall with almost all the brands that a mall has. Their food court is pretty good. They have lot of good food options. 2 Chinese food counter, 1 Japanese food counter , smoothies, pizza counter, along with Taco Bell. But the one that I like is kabab house. Their food is freshly prepared with lot of aromatic spices. They have chicken , veggies option. Everything is freshly made. Mall is clean it has a skating ring. Also they run a kids train. Their restrooms are clean. You would find lot of clothing stores for girls & every store has some great deals going on. I personally love going to Windsor. Overall this is like any other mall. Nothing great & nothing bad. It's 10 mins drive that's why I go to this place.

Train in the mall

I have been to this mall for numerous time. I always like to visit this mall number of reasons. Sales, watch someone skate, enjoy the drink at restaurant. Also, they have direct parking access to second level of the mall. It always take me minimum 40 minutes to finish the mall. They have the skate rink that I enjoy to watch while the the patron skate. Especially those who has skill. The anchor stores include Macy's, Dillard, JC Penny and Sear which sometimes have bargained items. Other specialty store like CC Boutique, Build a Bear Workshop, Morrow fine candy, Teavana are good to try. They have the Cobb cinema for enjoyment and Urgent Care in case you need it. The food court and restaurant are good to try. I like the food court food sampling before you make up your mind. There is train in the mall for the children to ride.

This mall has pretty much everything you can think of......even an ice skating rink and and bungee jump high zone! It has all the basic mall department stores: Sears, Macy's, Dillard's, JC Penny and a food court. The mall is two levels of every girls dream filled with shops and kiosks. Ok not every girls dream, but most anyone who loves a nice shopping mall that isn't half run down. There's even an Urgent Care in the mall! I'm more happy with this mall than Tyrone & Westshore!

Mini ice skating rink. Cool.

While it may not compare store-wise with International plaza, it is certainly on par with Brandon Mall and even steps ahead of Westshore in my opinion.

The "We Don't Do Sales" Mall…read more Yesterday was Mother Daughter Day and after not seeing my mother for over 30 days I wanted to give her a proper Tampa day. The bay, the walkways, some shopping, and a stop at Columbia Restaurant which honestly was not good. Then we went to International Plaza and Bay Street thinking we would do what we always do. Browse, hunt, and find something great on sale. That is how WE shop. We walked into Altar'd State and asked where the sale section was. We were told they do not do sales there. Not even a small rack in the back. .. thought maybe it's just that store Then we went into Dillard's and asked the same question. The woman looked us up and down like we had three heads and gave us the same answer. Finally I made the realization . . This mall is built for people who pay full price and do not question it. To be fair, it is beautiful. Clean, polished, very well put together. A strong mix of stores and a surprising number of high end brands. Completely different than what I expected and it threw me off my game. But there is no thrill here. No hunt. No digging. No moment where you find that one piece that makes the whole trip worth it. Have fun shopping at full price here. I am not one of those people. I do not pay full retail ever and I am not starting now. And I know plenty of wealthy people who can afford to pay full price and they will not do it either. They know better.

It's been a while since I've been here and they definitely have a wide variety of stores. We did stop by and see the Easter bunny. The staff was super nice. They were doing a little dances and keeping the kids entertained. Also, we did find the coffee shop called E bar near Nordstrom. Which was pretty good actually. For lunch, we did stop at the food court, but I wouldn't eat there again. The food was terrible at wok o holic. There is better food outside the food court.

For me, this outdoor strip "mall" is a mix of both good and bad…read more The only real reason I ever visit here is that it the closest, decent "mass retail" hub near where I live. The GOOD: The Publix here is one of the best in our area. A former Albertsons, then a Safeway, it is very large and managed well. The Target is OK, but often jam-packed. I prefer the quieter shopping experience at the other store on Park street. The Petsmart is great and the service is always friendly. The staff at the Michael's location here are always very helpful. I find the Labcorp location to be the best and most efficient that I have ever visited. Smiley Thai is one of the best kept Thai take-out "secrets" in our area! The BAD: There is a significant amount of "bad characters" that often congregate here, especially after dark. Unfortunately, this appears to be more common when there is a major "bus hub" in the area, like the one just south of Target. There always seems to be a small group of them loitering just south of the Publix, hoping that I have spare wealth to gladly and willingly give away for unknown reasons. My apologies, but I am on a strict budget. Don't ever fall in love with a smaller store here. They come and go often. The turnover rate is quite high. I miss that "Bulk Nation" location! They used to have my favorite movie theater here, but I have not been to any since 2013. People constantly checking their cell phones every 5 minutes ruined the experience for me, forever. Never again So try your luck, you may really enjoy shopping here!

We have a history with snacks from Japan, and we struck gold with Daiso in Clearwater FL!…read more This store advertises itself as a seller of Japanese household good, and we stopped in to see if they had any cute magnets we could get for a 2-year-old in the family. While we fanned out through aisles of kitchen and beauty products, useful gadgets and supplies, I went looking for snacks. I found wall refrigerators on the left near the front of the store filled with all sorts of beverages. I got a couple of canned and bottled coffee drinks, which we all agreed were nicely flavored and quite sweet. We got our favorite, Ramune: a mild tasty lemonade with a slight fizz. The bottle is unique, with a clear marble trapped in a little chamber that rattles when you drink or pour and is said to help keep the light carbonation longer. And it has a push-button top that you press in to open and to release the little ball into the bottle. I think the fun of opening it and hearing that rattle are a big part of the fun of drinking Ramune. There are several flavors, but we always get the original lemonade flavor. Nearby, I discovered a snack rack, and behind it there were at least two whole aisle-sections filled with every Asian snack and treat that I know! All flavors of Pockys! All flavors of filled Panda cookies! Crispy snacks with shrimp and fish and chicken flavors! And the candy from Japan that I look for everywhere, that is hard to find outside of Asian neighborhood stores in Chicago and NYC ... Botan Ame! It's little cubes of soft translucent rice-candy, very lightly flavored, and double-wrapped: the inner wrapper is melt-in-your-mouth rice paper! The flavor is said to be lemon, but only very mildly lemon orange (imitating pomelo fruit), very mildly creamy, very mildly rice-y. There are several flavors available, including strawberry or pomelo, but I've always gotten the original. It's gently chewy, originally meant to imitate the softness of caramel-candy, or you can try to wait and let the candy dissolve after the rice paper is gone, though i've never heard of anyone who waits that long before biting in :-). The closest candy texture that i know of is fresh soft Turkish delight. And similarly, Botan Rice Candy gets tougher if you leave it on the shelf a long time. I suppose it dehydrates a little. I read it was invented in 1924. Long ago we only saw the same candy called Tomoe Ame, and the brightly colorful red and green or red and blue box looked almost the same. Each box used to come with a little plastic or metal toy, but eventually that changed to temporary tattoos of cute cartoon characters. Nowadays I've seen Tomoe Ame in large bags, too, online. I was happily lost in the candy, snacks, and beverages, and have no idea what everyone else bought. I'm pretty sure we did come home with some stickers and magnets and maybe some little toys. I myself found my new source for good old rice candy! To (mis)quote Shakespeare, What's in a name? That which I call Tomoe Ame, by any other word would taste as (slightly) sweet :-)
