They as in a woman with brown medium length hair and brown eyes -including another bank teller - grey hair - thin built - with glasses - the most unprofessional Keybank establishment in the USA -this location only - I walked in and am immediately called a toad by the older woman who sneered - I was having a very busy day and tight schedule - just wanted a basic service and was called verbatim- I have an illness - by the other woman we spoke to - we didn't even go anywhere near the older woman - whose voice volume shook the bank - I feel very emotionally barren from them and don't believe they can ever take back what they said - who calls someone a toad- a mean old coot who can't find they're Prince Charming ? Don't get personal when you're suppose to wear a name tag and ask how can I help u and take out you not wanting to work your weekend shift on me - I'm too good for personal remarks from anonymous bank tellers - best part is I don't even care - there's hundreds of banks out there who never speak about people or judge a customer coming in on them - everyone gets the same level of service - PROFESSIONAL - I will call corporate tomorrow and let them know the full extent of how sad and pitiful these two women bank tellers are - they are petty and deserve love . Business Checking Hacked for $4,990.00 and Chase Refuses to Refund the Money! This happened on…read more10/29/2024 around 9 am at my home office. Not long after my most recent login on my laptop that day, I received a text alert that an ACH Employee Payee was created under the name David Roberts. This was on my business checking account I have with Chase Bank. Shortly after, I saw a payment of $4,990.00 in Real-Time ACH going to that new employee just created. I called Chase Bank immediately and locked my account. Luckily, I caught it quickly enough because they would have sent another $4,900.00 to the same ACH Employee David Roberts. I was able to have Chase lock the account just in time for the second payment to get rejected which happened within less than a minute. All this was happening while I was on the phone with them. Unfortunately, they said they couldn't reverse the first initial ACH payment because it was sent in real-time. After I had them lock the account temporarily, I was transferred to the claims department to put in my claim to get my money back. Based on the conversations with multiple Chase employees, this was going to be open and shut. They said that once approved, I would receive my money back within 5-10 business days. After that time had passed, I received a letter in the mail stating the claim was denied because they considered the transaction to be valid since it showed my laptop logging in just before the incident. To be clear, I was not logged in at all from my laptop when this was happening. I logged in on my phone to see if the transaction really happened before calling the fraud department. I am a self-employed business owner. I do not have any employees nor have I ever paid one. Also, you would see my spending behavior in my transaction history where I only pay my vendors, credit cards, and other bills related to the business. I had the claim reopened multiple times with the end result being the same. I was able to get it reopened one last time before Thanksgiving, but after the holidays, I received another letter stating the claim was once again denied. I've tried everything to get Chase to do what is right. I've filed complaints with the Attorney General, BBB, etc. I also filed a police report with the Medina County Sheriff on 11/19/2024 (Report# 24003193). Because it was a cybercrime, it is very unlikely they will find the perpetrator so I can receive restitution. I even researched and tried to find a way to prove my laptop was hacked (you can see my browsing history since the incident showed me making nothing but efforts to find a way to get my money refunded). The only way I could get Chase to refund my money was to spend more than what I lost on either a forensic computer analyst to provide evidence that I was in fact hacked or a lawyer to file a lawsuit against them. This is now a lose-lose situation for me. Anything I try will just end up forcing me to spend money on something I may not get back. With the holidays coming up, it's making it very difficult for myself and My Family. My next step is to let the world know about my experience and to think twice before signing up or staying a customer of Chase Bank (JP Morgan Chase). I really hope Chase can redeem themselves and do what's right, but I'm not holding my breath. If anyone looked further into this, they would definitely see that Chase is just trying to get out of paying me back due to some loophole they created.

I called to obtain info on a auto loan refinance and spoke to a rude woman named Barb who argued with me about refinancing my car loan. I had correct information already obtained from loan officer in corporate location in Columbus Ohio, but wanted to make appointment locally to introduce required paperwork. Barb stated that Huntington will absolutely NOT refinance any car loan they carried. This is totally incorrect & verified by corporate loan dept that will will gladly refinance an auto loan. "Barb" should be fired!

Also even if you have the amount automatically deducted monthly, u have to personally come in and pay the last payment with with coupon they gave you years before. Just take it out like you've been doing! And your online services is a complete lie. Keep it accurate. FYI the money was there for them to take, I just expected an honest service, not getting charged a late fee because they didn't take out the final payment, like they have for the last two years. And they didn't reverse the fee even tho the money was there. Yeah, they are polite jerks on the phone.
