I would give a zero if I could....I ordered tile and hardy board in early August. I was provided a…read moreshipping date because I paid for delivery. Everything was listed as "in stock" online and available at this store. I secured permits, arranged an installer and much to my shock, only the hardy board arrived. No explanation. We were told to contact customer service - which was in India. Representative was zero help. I asked for a supervisor and was given 2 possible dates for "maybe" the tile arriving. I expressed the inconvenience because I have 4 projects happening simultaneously and when they actually delivered, I had foundation work being done and 4 construction trucks needed to be moved to accommodate the tile delivery in LATE August. Garrett, the driver was great. He told me to call Dominic, Operations Manager and he would make it right. NOPE. After about 13 calls and messages being left, including with the Assistant Manager, Shiela...no returned phone call. He was always "in a meeting", "out to lunch", "not available" or "it was his day off". So, no response at all after 2 weeks for attempts to rectify the situation. So, I give Dominic a ZERO for customer service. The store a ZERO for not delivering products on time that they had listed as "in stock"...and a ZERO for communication about the delivery issue and scheduling. Don't order from here!!

Ordered residential metal roofing, paid in full in advance, was told during sales stage that the…read morelead time from shipments from Phoenix were a week and a half. Email the manager to get an ETA only to find out it's a month from when we purchased it. So we wait and Call the day before said delivery date to coordinate, the manager who sold it to us is out of town for a week, he never let us know we wouldn't be receiving our material before going on vacation. they don't know who I am, had to repeat my name 5 times, they go to check on our order and come to find out there's been a "glitch" and the order won't be arriving for another week, so now it's 5 weeks. We had roofers scheduled and would have to wait 2 months to get back on their schedule. We decided to cancel the order and go with something in stock in town, not at all what we wanted. Now they are saying the earliest they can get us a check is 11 days. We need that money to buy the alternate material. Horrible service. Buyer beware with this place.
